Well in the spirit of posting pics, this is what I'm working with after a solid few months of working out 2-3 times a week and not really being strict with my diet. I realize it doesn't look like I need to lose 8-10 pounds, but I want to. There used to be more definition in my arms and I'm carrying more weight than I'd like to in my butt and thighs. There's generally just more jiggling going on than I'd like, heh. If I don't start working towards it now, I'm gonna be spending the whole summer trying to do it, and I don't fucking want to.

You're at the same point I am. That last 5kg is the toughest to drop. Mainly because I really can't be fucked going on a male model type of diet. I like food too much.

Right? I know it's the food. I've done it before so I know how "easy" it can be...but I just can't find that kind of discipline again, lol. When I did it before I felt like all I was ever doing was prepping and cleaning up after meals. Such a pain in the ass.

Persistent fever is good enough reason to go imo. Sounds like the flu, but if you've been shitting a lot you run the risk of dehydration.

umm i havent held it long enough to see if itll squirt out. just when i feel the urge i make a run for it. and its nothing but liquid. no poop just liquid...some blueberries here n there. blueberries are great. ive been like this since tuesday so 4 days so far. umm when i spit up mucuous its a regular color nothing odd not green or brown or grey just kinda whitish. and my nose just got plugged today. Ya tons of cramps. ive woken up nauseas a few times. i havent puked though. just really wondering if i should go to get meds or just wait this baby out.

edit: lol Pete. My job actually is pretty physical. At least I'm always running around and shit. Thank god. I wouldn't be able to stand a desk job. But yes, that would be nice. The summer I did lanscaping I was ripped.

It's really low on my back, below the waist, right around my tailbone. Usually when I get lower back soreness it's higher up and obviously muscular, goes away after a few days. This is a more electric pain that doesn't feel particularly muscular. The pain is spread quite generally across that area.

That pain had died down in the last week or so, and today I thought I'd be okay to start the weights again. However, I must have done something strenuous recently because I've had a mysterious tight hamstring in my left leg and my back was feeling tender again. After a bit of discomfort moving my weights back in the basement it came to picking up the 50kg barbell. This is the lowest weight that ever goes on the barbell - usually I pick it up with no real difficulty, but today it was very painful. I shouldn't have really bothered moving it, but I said "fuck it" and picked it up anyway, which was pretty painful. Now my back has regressed back to the levels of pain I was in a week or two ago.

The pain isn't severe - I'm having no trouble sleeping - and there was no moment at work when I felt I damaged it. I was working in a near-hallucinatory state of illness though, and I was in so much pain generally it's possible I was doing damage to my back without realising it.
