Well I've been working out my wheels for the last 4 months but they're not developing in proportion at the bottom At the thickest point, they're 25inches, but only 21 inches at the thinnest point Calves arn't looking half bad either, so I'll try and post pics next week

Calves arn't that big, but the mass and definition on the lower section of the quads is wicked.

holy shit- those are some huge quads... man, I've been slacking lately. I haven't really kept up with my routine. haha- I just don't feel like my normal self because of the lack of excercise. But, people have noticed the tricep formation, so I'm somewhat happy =)

then I drank for a couple days and went back after resting

9-6-3

Beer + Lazyness + Eating too much = 224 Pounds (tta's weight in feb 2002)

Diet + Jogging + getting smart = 171 pounds (my weight now)

224-171 = 53 pounds = TTA looks l33t

I dont live near any college and my gym is primarily inhabited by milfs. Its a rich upper class neighborhood, but meh. In two weeks Ill be moving to a college town and going to the local gym there so im hopin that'll work.

Ive already met 2 potentials up there just scouting and we plan on hanging out as soon as im up there next.

So yeah, I expect the next year to be insane.

The gym is a hard place to pick up though. You don't want to make an absolute dick of yourself and then be seen by the person and her friends for months to come.

I like taking the crap pilates, yoga and dance fitness classes though, usually the only guy in there.

Mt. Bike about 20 miles a week...mostly single track, lots of up and down.

Then do my my lazy sports like Golf and trap/skeet/sporting clays

I don't like the gym...no motivation and all the people I fly with are always there...I like my weekends to be away from my coworkers and the rumor mill, and I can't do too much running (destroyed knee - 2001) Though I think some strength conditioning would do me well...need a place to get away from the wHorizon crew thing...(flight attendants only do so much for me )

I've met some cool people at the gym, but there are so many sleazy guys that just go to pick up, I hate that, so its possible to pick up by picking on them. Quite ironic.

There is this one girl though that spends hours on the stepper, she has the most amazing arse, she's a gym addict, goes about 15 times per week, and essentially I'd use her shit for toothpaste.

I find the gym quite boring, but a necessary evil.

No motivation? how about having a body you could stare in the mirror at for ages hehe.

Strength and muscles become fun after a while, it turns into a pretty hard thing to let go of. If you dont want to do the gym, its hard to find work to do.

Like, sometimes ill chop a huge tree down with an axe and then rake and limb it and then axe it into huge sections and carry 200 lb sections and pile them and stuff

but it really doesnt give you isolated muscles look it gives you puffy strongman look
