I'm still playing GTA: San Andreas. I have the Hydra (aka Harrier jet) and I just love flying around blowing shit up.

Goddamnit I REALLY need Vice City Stories for PSP!

It's a fun game. Above average, if graded simply as a new title. Below average if you factor in the FFVII brand name.
