I hate that cardio is so necessary to achieving the results I want. After just two weeks of running every other day I'm already seeing the changes I've been after, ie. starting to look less beefy.

I was searching for something else on the internets and came across some chick's blog called striving for skinny - which is basically a motivational site for healthy eating + exercise and being "skinny" in healthy ways, and it had a post for a quick circuit workout which I did today. It's pretty awesome, but goddamn it was tough - my legs feel like rubber now, and I have strong legs. Shit son.

50 jumping jacks
12 pushups
30 walking lunges with 10 lb dumbbells
20 jump squats
50 jackknife situps
20 mountain climbers
10 ******s with 5 pound dumbbells

repeat x3

In other news, I went for a swim today. Went about 2500m. Man, I was whooped. I need to get my strength and stamina back to appropriate training levels.

Yea, I do normally, but I literally forgot the last two times. JUST TWO TIMES and the things smell horrible now. I swear vinyl is the worst material for smells. God awful!

You are an idiot, its mainly on the grips. You know people wash their hands more often than any other body part, especially me, because I'm always wiping at my nose. If they smell funky I flip the fuck out and wash them, especially if I have been handling metal of any sort. I hate the smell of metal (coins, clippers, etc).
