perhaps they care not for how they are governed so long as they are free to practice their beliefs and live their lives as they so choose. |

I am not anti-emetic in any way what i was trying to say was simply that Israel isnt innocent by far and shouldnt be portrayed as such. As for Jews/Israel running the world i didnt say that they did. They of course do not. However they do hold power and my examination of that power and its implementation in the world deserves a good look like any other gov. That isnt anti Jewish in any way. ITS DEMOCRATIC. And by the way the activities I speak of are real and can be quoted in many papers and other media sources. They are not conspiracies in any way. www.whatreallyhappend.com < is clearly a conspiracy. My post looking at the current actions of the Israel gov is not. I still find it funny that anyone who questions anything is anti jewsish/american/human ect. lol |

Tell me this isn't driven by "anti.." sentiments. |

What you're listing is a bunch of prejudices and myths, exaggerated facts and cliches. This is no basis for a constructive discussion whatsoever. |

| Originally posted by Mental Exodus LOL, I made the points so i think id know what they were supposed to portray. Let me asure u im not racist in any way. The points arent ment to be racist. Again they are ment to question the acts of the Israeli governent. ok it isn't driven by "anti.." sentiments Ok it looks like ill have to prove u wrong on this in order to prove that it is a basis for a "constructive discussion". Il be back with some proof. |

KABOOOM!
because that's how you get attention and your way in world affairs, am i right?

seriously, the PLO needed to be whiped out a long time ago. they should be kissing Sharon's ass for saving them. israel is not a perfect nation, but it is not lead by a bunch of power-hungry thugs.
Palestinians don't even exist, its not like the israelis won't let them live with them. the forces that be in palestine don't want ANY Israeli to live.

Jerusalem is the holiest city in the WORLD for Christians. Our savior was born there and died not too far away from there. Obviously, you have undersestimated the importance of this city to Christians. |

I never doubted that. I'm not Christian by the way. I'm an Israeli who lives in Austria for 12 years.
I still don't see how religious importance is relevant to the political status of a city.

Sounds like some people are close to mentioning ZOG as a reality in this thread.
Valid, non-rhetorical question about the PNA: Is it too much to expect a proto-nation that sees itself in crisis to have a moderate voice representing them?
What happens when that moderate voice (Abbas) says he will not curb extremists by force? (Well, we know what happens: Apache choppers launch missiles at Hamas leaders.)
Is it appropriate to use analogy to attempt to dissect some parts of the conflict? Let's say, if Mexico were failing to hand over suspected terrorists to the U.S.A? What would be an appropriate reaction?

| Originally posted by occrider That's an innaccurate analogy. If a terrorist group were operating out of Mexico and carrying out attacks against US civilians in Texas and the Mexican government refused to use force to reign them in, then what would be the appropriate reaction? Should we all just scratch our heads and say c'est la vie? |
