i'm sorry if you thought that my post was hostile, because it was in now way meant to be like that. i just corrected you as you were wrong, that's all. i don't think there's anything wrong in that.

Geert Huinink & Alco Lammers are also the guys behind Headstrong - Escalator

and they also made an album: classical trance, that they produced and mixed.

also to be fair saying 'tiesto bought out the magik muzik name' isn't really an opinion.. but an incorrect fact ..and getting corrected != getting stomped on

(no attitude in this reply btw )

Geert's gotta be one of the most underappreciated people out there

Is there another "The Rock Project" other than that of Tiesto's. I was checking the local newspaper yesterday and it said Ramon Checo aka Ray is part of The Roc Project, according to the newspaper. Have i been misinformed or is it another roc project or something ?

What was meant by the comment earlier in this thread is that the ROC Project track Never was remixed by Geert Huinnink & Tiesto.

ROC Project - Never = produced by Ray Roc
ROC Project - Never (Tiesto Remix) = additional material from Geert & Tijs.

ROC Project isn't a Tiesto alias.

Is The Roc Project any good btw?

It all depends on what type of music your into. The only Roc project tune I've heard is the one labeled never feat the vocals of Tina Arena. It's pretty much a song about her regrets about a relationship she was in and pretty much got over it. I added a sample so you can hear for yourself.

I was in Geert's studio a couple of months ago and heard an unreleased Magik Muzik remix of a Chris Deburgh song (if i remember correctly). It wasn't REALLY good, but since its obviously not released, I will try if i can get it up for download on Trance.nu

grtz

Maybe you have hearing problems, I said it's not the same mix. I've heard the Photon Project mix and it sounds nothing close to what the Magik Muzik mix sounds like, nothing at all.
