Pretty good mainly down to the fact that mag has just won Rusch and Murray - Epic on Vinyl exactly 2 seconds after i ordered it, but hey it cant hurt to have 2 copies in the house

i've got a headache and my dearest ma is coming up to stay with me for a week, which means that i *may* have to kip in the same bed as papa dstrukt for the next week. Shit. Or i let her have the sofa.

thursday seems just as bollocks as tuesday so far

i have doctors for a checkup & blood test later..... so today sucks

Post lunch is an obvious time to take a crap but can you all please remember that there is air freshener, a fan and a window in the toilet.
The smell that hits me when I walk through the door to take my turn on the hot seat is fucking rank and it considerably lowers my enjoyment factor of a quiet
