Two holes in each ear lobe, one in my left ear's cartilage, and one in < that. (T'is not my mouth, by the way.)

Was it uncomfortable with the tongue piercing at first? I just can't think about piercing my tongue or my navel as a matter of fact.

Haha, nah for a while the whole navel obsession just pissed me off.
Worst times: 2nd and 3rd day after. I found it took about a month to really get used to it, because for the first 4 weeks, mouthwash is your best friend - after every single bite/gulp that's not water. Anyhow, it was an enjoyable experience. The adrenaline rush nearly knocked me out, haha (but that's normal for me). Hmmm, pain wasn't really a factor. Infections were never present. S'all good.

The final decision is obviously and ultimately yours, but of the two, I'd pick the chinese symbol for power on your upper back.

Seriously though... I've always wanted to get a Lion tatooed on my bicep or Pec... and most definetly a tribute to my late mom... but i'd have to think about what that would be.

A good friend of mine spent over $4000 on his two tatoos.... definetly the coolest most elaborate ones i've seen.

Whoa...I got my belly button done like 4 years ago and I have a tatoo of a daisy (with a ladybug on it) on my tummy too! (2 years ago) I just got a little tiny stud in my nose done about 3 weeks ago.
