both are amazing imo, in their own way
totally different feel in each
this rmx i think is more dance friendly and is also a monster but i feel the G&D mix fits the lyrics more

yea the buildup is nuts

The best remix of Beautiful Things so far. However, the start of the vocals seems out of place, it just comes suddenly with no buildup/builddown.

Blech. Not bad, but could have been much better, in my opinion. The G&D mix is still easily the best. Hopefully we'll hear some other renditions.

It's like this....

Tiesto gets lots of Tiesto Remix requests, to much to do them all, and also he wants to be careful to not overuse that name, it's not special anymore when every week a Tiesto Remix is released.
Second thing is time.... he's got almost no time to produce/remix, so therefor MMM was created.
We are going to stop with MMM because Radio DJ's are going to present MMM to the public as Tiesto Mix, and that's not funny anymore. Because Alco and I did the MMM it will be a Photon Project Mix or Geert Huinink Mix, or AlcoRhythm Mix depending on who's doing it.

Next release wil be,
Paul mendez - Second Skin (Geert Huinink Mix) ID&T

also 3 new Photon Project tracks are finished, and will be released on vinyl soon ( i'm very happy with them

I like the remix of andain, but I just hyped it up too much in my head unfortunately...I'm sure it would tear up the dancefloor to hear it live! I do collect all the Geert/Alco productions, because they are such high quality. Some are very hard to find though.

Here's one already: there's going to be an album 'Classical Trance', released on EMI, with 12 trance/trancy remixes of classical music done by Geert and me. Look for it in september or so. It's not really a Photon Project thing, but still...

I'd be gratefull if you could point me in the right direction (if it's not too much trouble, since I know you're very busy.) I've never seen those on dancegrooves or any store, but I guess they are pretty old...
I would pay very well for them however.

ah nice to see you posting in here, been a big fan of yours since i heard sugar rush back in 2000 =). i love you and geerts other works too under the many different aliases that you have, and i also think you guys are some of the most underrated, and not credited enough producers, which really sucks. that album sounds great, i cant wait for it to come out. also do you plan on doing any new 20 something tracks, got the two vinyls you put out under that alias (favorite song being natural). that would be sweet if you guys did another release under that guise =). nice work, cant wait to here that andain remix too =)

I actually like the G&D remix way more. This Photon remix is good, but not nearly as good as the G&D.

I feel like the photon mix lost a lil bit of the original's soul? But in anycase, I love this remix. I didn't expect anything to be as good as the original anyway, so i'm not dissappointed. Love the build @ 4:05

nice track, faster paced. i like magik muzik remix more tho
