Baby Anne

Her set from Global DJ Broadcast 12-16-02 was pretty good. nice techy breaks.

Y4k mixed by ILS is pretty good as well

Bushwacka - The Egyptian is very good but I don't know if this is gonna get a vinyl release

Atlas - Compass Error (Hishams GPS Breaks Mix)

oh and check out Phil K - Breaks From Australia ...amazing album. Incredible talent and mixing from this guy

hmmmm. i felt like the ils y4k album has a lot of great tracks and a nice track selection, but the mixing is still lacking. even the vocals crash on one transition.

the phil k is alright, a bit boring for my standards. i usually like to dance to breaks, phil's cd i just couldn't dance to.

baby anne, the gdbj set i also thought was a bit lacking. she dropped some good tuunes, and some shitty ones. i saw her live last year and she blew me away. she knows how to rock a freakin party. i suggest you check out her new Mixed Live in Las Vegas CD/DVD, cuz thats a fuckin badass set. gets me dancing the entire time!

the atlas tune i peeped a couple days ago, AWESOME AWESOME highly recommended progressive breaks tune. i def need to pick me up a copy of this, but not until i get my next paycheck

edit: holy shit. i have something to say about nearly everything breaks. i really am a breakswhore.

I suggest also to evryone to see hybrid live for those who haven't seen them. Their live performance last saturday at dancevalley was superb. Finally a real live act instead of some dude with a laptop pretending to be a live act (euh what's his name oh i know it's Junkie xl )

The singer is really good they played a bunch of new shit from their album and finishing of with symphony

Search for "Summer Calling (Breaks Mix)" on the P2P server of your choice and you'll find it. As others can attest, however, it is the original mix.

Definately can't wait for Koma & Bone's new album Shutterspeed. Lets see what else hasnt been already mentioned...

Bushwacka! - Break Your Face / Harps
Dan F / Stisch - Secret Weapon / Heads
DJ Icey - Oblivious / Beyond The Gilded Rays
General Midi - U Will Be Under / Tentacled
Plump DJs - In Stereo EP
Precision Cuts - Miracle / Xylophone
Smight - The Road To Kandahar / My Lovely Wife

Also, if you can get your hands on it, my favorite breaks track is BLIM - Chronologic from 1998.
