Agreed. Lots of late 20s-30 year old women are well fit.I'd hit it for sure.

I dun know why people are supprized or think that rituals involving the genitals are uncommon. Many cultures with history have them.

Has anyone heard about or seen the african tribes who circumsize the young men in the tribe? There like 8-14 and they stand there while this elderly guy cuts bits of it off and it last for quite a long time because its a right of passage to the (warrior) class. If any of them cry at anytime during the ritual they are outcast,beat and then have to redo the whole thing next rainy season. Which by the way doesnt always come according to the "shamman" of the tribe which is why the guys can get up to 14years old before the ritual takes place.

I do read books and I am aware that many cultures have rituals related to genitals. A ritual that is similar to what you described exists in a Polynesian tribe where boys are circumsized as a rite of passage to manhood. After the circumcision, the tradition calls for the girls to perform erotic dances around the boys and make fun of their pain. The relations between the men and women in that culture is strained at best, e.g., rape goes not only unpunished but is actually endorsed.

All that being said, I still haven't heard of old women in Europe kissing babies to promote their manhood development
