Me and some mates actually conducted a "survey" of sorts (of some errmm 'experienced' girls) for our own personal inteterest regarding the size issue and concluded that given length is within "normal" confines (ie. not SUPER short) then the key measurement is GIRTH rather than length.

I also talked to a guy that knows about this shit and according to him its the first few inches inside the vagina that are sensitive, so reaching further in probably won't do a great deal for your woman, while increased girth (within reason ofcourse) would increase friction on the sensitive areas and hence increase arousal. All of this of course assumes she is capable of having a vaginal orgasm - a great proportion of women are not, or at least not unti they get older.
