are you saying that because they wear vandit shirts they are disrepecting armin or because they are wearing something other than an armin shirt???? I'm just asking because if you look around you see people wear tons of t-shirts related to clubs, labels, etc... that have absolutely nothing to do with the dj they are seeing. All the people that wear twilo shirts to Roxy for instance or the people that wear MOS t-shirts or space t-shirts @ glow. It doesn't matter what you wear as long as you support the dj playing especially since it was a wednesday night, I'm gonna ssume that the people were definately fans to go out late mid-week. Stop reading so much into it as a slap on armin and read more into it as a good outlook for EDM overall considering 2-3 years ago no one had t-shirts showing ANY support

Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me

Posted by TrAnCeAkI on Oct-02-2003 21:37:

i have no money to buy shirts so i wear what i got and if its a vandit shirt then hell im gonna wear it to armin!! im not disrespecting him, i paid to go see him right? so whats wrong with that!!

LMAO!!!!!!!

so you saying that people cannot wear armada shirts or any other record label shirts to another deejay's gig. A)Armin Van Buuren does not give a shit about what shirts people wear to his gigs B)How would he take offense to it because they are trance labels at a trance dj's gig C)A shirt is a shirt, who cares

and to end my explanation off

as many big name deejays would say, IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC, hence remind yourself of that line.

erin, we haven't disagreed in a while, but thats a bit silly, does your brain & mouth/fingers actually work in co-ordination sometimes ?

armin's set was sooooo great......i got there like around 11:15 with my boyfriend and friend......and he was already on....a little disappointed about that, but oh well, we came from jersey....hightlights of the night.....flaming june, dirty sticky floors, time of our lives, traffic, summer calling, and i can't remember the rest........the guy girl ratio was ridiculous....and i could not stand the guys without their shirts on dancing in front of the mirrors by themselves....i hope that wasn't any TA's.....i thought i was going to throw up....anyway, i never heard so many classics at a release party, but it was nice to hear tracks that you don't hear out anymore.....sorry i didn't get to meet any of you....i don't know who you are and i'm not going to ask strangers "are you a TA" i did meet one TA-- wheels of steel--adam......hope to meet all of you soon...maybe at a TA meetup.....before Virgin, or PvD

Thats probably one of the stupidest things i've ever seen.
You should seriously consider thinking before you type, i promise it helps and doesn't hurt one bit

Point taken. Understood. Move on.

Posted by trancEyes22 on Oct-02-2003 22:40:

typical. i say one thing and get ridiculously flamed for my opinion.....by the same 2 or 3 wonderful people. you can call me stupid, dumb, whatever the fuck you want but i just think wearing a PVD shirt to an armin night is disrespectful.

you people need to grow the fuck up and stop searching my posts to flame me. its really getting old.

Posted by trancEyes22 on Oct-02-2003 22:42:

ps Loca- YOU may want to think before you hop onto the bandwagon with all the other rude jerks here on TA.

you people are incredible. i say one fucking thing, not disrespectful to you or anyone, yet you still manage to come in here to try to make me feel like shit.

I GET THAT YOU DONT LIKE ME. NOW FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO.

Posted by torontotrance on Oct-02-2003 22:47:

as I have stated before....stop playing the victim

personally i think the issue relates to all trancelovers, if you wear a shirt to a club that is a different label from the deejay that is playing, no one cares.

Following exceptions

Wearing a plus 8 shirt to a dave clarke gig
or wearing a magnetic north or dave clarke shirt to a richie hawtin gig...both will result in the deejay going apeshit at you

btw. no one looked for your posts to tell you off...some people made the point known to others.

Posted by trancEyes22 on Oct-02-2003 22:50:

and as i've stated before, stop playing the asshole who thinks hes God on TA. remember what i told you before andy...i asked someone in TO if they knew you and they said "hes some 19 year old kid who never leaves the house."

dont think for one second your pathetic ass could ever make me victim.

Posted by Mebot on Oct-02-2003 22:55:

From now on , no one wear anything at all to clubs!

We'll all be neked and happy dancing to the music and no one will care one way or the other!

hahahah

but seriously there was a club over in England called Club Naked that was sans clothing. it was by word of mouth to get in or something.

Thats england for u!...no shame, but still retaining their diginity.

whoops sorry for threadjacking

Posted by b i n k u n on Oct-02-2003 22:55:

not wanting to join in this flame....but as far as i kno, '76' shirts weren't made until just recently. the ones that were tossed out into the crowd at the end were made especially for this tour and will be part of the special giveaways at all of armin's gigs for this month.

and i don't think i've ever seen an armin/armada/armind shirt unless it was homemade.

on another note...who gave armin the tranceaddict.com shirt to sign? must have had more then 10-15 sigs on that!! he had a big smile and was shocked to see all those sigs on it.

Posted by torontotrance on Oct-02-2003 22:56:

lol...starting this war again...that you are bound to get destroyed with...you asked the wrong person.

never leaves the house..wrong
19..wrong

stfu.

We weren't flaming you erin, not all of us, we were pointing out that you made a silly comment in this thread, nothing more, not a vendetta.

btw andy gets more ass than u could hope for
