Hi all,

Nice way to stay on topic!

Anyway, we're home now. Amsterdam was great. A most beautiful city.

The TAs there were so wonderful, it made me think of home, they are just like all of you. Very open and so excited about the music. You guys would love them. I have a pick of the NLTAs at the club, we'll post them soon.

We had a lovely dinner before the event with Armin, M.I.K.E., Harry Lemon, James from Anjunabeats and the staff of Armada. Really good food, but I think the waiter might have been stoned. He came back to Markus and I on three seperate occasions to find out what we had ordered! No, it wasn't the language barrier as Armin helped us out with the menu and we just pointed at what we wanted (never felt so pathetic in my life).

The club was great. It was at Mazzo. Everyone was having a great time. The dj booth was really different. It was a big desk, with desk lamps and the cdd players in the drawers.

Harry Lemon was on first and I was really impressed. I've only heard Harry once, on a mix cd I got from Bliss. I'd give you the track list but I know all that is posted on the club review.

Next was Armin and as usual he rocked it. He was having such a great time and everyone was dancing so hard!

Here's a list of folks I met at the club: Robert Nickson, Mike Koglin, Darren Tate, Perry O'Neil...um, I know Markus introduced me to others, but to be hones I can't quite remember everyone.

Okay, then Markus went on. I didn't know if the crowd would hang out since Armin was done but the stayed and danced so hard. Markus had a really great set and I was just so excited for him. I knew he was doing well when I say the girlfriends of the Armada staff dancing the whole time.

Anyway, next evening as we prepared for Markus's interview with Trance.nu we discovered our car had been booted. So Markus sat in Rembrandplein having his interview while I waited for the boot to be removed. Even the other people who had parked near us were offering me cell phones or help as I waitd. All I can say is the Dutch are wonderful people.

So, we're home now and can't wait to see you all, our friends, again.

*Barbiegirl* !!!!

Ouch! The memories!!!
I do have to say though, paying the fine was still cheaper than the typical parking fee at a South Beach hotel!

No one has ever seen the episode of the Simpsons where Homer went to New York and they booted his car. Good stuff.

LOL
