Hehe... well, the Sweeping Strings mix is pretty damn good... as for Dj Sammy etc, you won't find stuff like that among my music collection. Not a big fan of euro cheese. Anyway, I was just left pretty cold with this remix and Armin's too. I thought there was potential for a much better trance remix with these vocals... the SS mix uses the vocals to a much better effect imo...

don't really like this mix. they seemed to have hyped up the vocals a lot and made it into a vocal trance track. not like the other remixes. and not like the way it was supposed to be. still i prefer the vocals as just a background then foreground.

4/10 for me

Ummm, i'm not quite convinced with this one. The synth wich immitates the ATRC melody turns quite annoying after a while, and I agree that the vocals are a bit too "on your face" just as much as the said synth. I don't know, the remix is ok, but it's not special at all really.

If a dub is to be made of it, they should adjust that synth (yeah, the synth again, I hate it) a little, or switch it over while the track progresses. AvB's remains my favorite.

I agree that this is overated, and i'm not sure why everyone has been stuck on it so long. Obviously remixes will be made as long as the demand is high though.

Listen to Voyager - Super C (Released in 2001), and i would be interested to know if i am the only one that hears the strong similarities with ATCR. I posted a clip of it here

Way back in June or July there was a rumor that Armin was doing two remixes of ATRC, and people kept labeling the Universal Religion Mix as Armin van Buuren Mix 2. I think there was only one mix he did though, but i would like to know if anyone knows differently.

Yeah, I remember that, when he droped it the first time at the Sensation White arena. Personally, I believe it's nothing but a rumor, as the final version of such songs always end up with a few slight changes. If there were to be two versions, the first one would be the one he played at sensation, and the second which is the one out in the stores, but well ... that's just me, maybe i'm wrong.

I talked to him the day after sensation, and he does indeed have more than one remix of ATRC, several if I'[m not mistaken. Anyhow, he said he did a few mixes, but none of them were good enough to play.
