My grandparents live in West Vancouver and i have visited them many times.

Vancouver is a kickass city.

My favourite things about Vancouver are Stanley Park, Ambleside, Cyprus Mountain, Grouse Mountain, Mount Hollyburn, English Bay Beach
(what's with the big logs??) and the supsension bridge place (not Capilano, the other less-touristy one). Also the city centre has a good vibe.

The natural beauty of Vancouver is its biggest asset, IMO.

No, that's actually a picture from Grouse. I didn't take it, haven't been up there in almost 2 years! I've never been to Whistler during the winter either...

Yup, Vancouver is pretty damn beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice.

Victoria is even nicer in terms of cleanliness etc. but it's just so damn boring there.

Thats not true anymore while I am not from Belfast, I went to university there for 5 years and its a great city and has an excellent student life and it has moved on they are just stereotypical pics of the troubles. there is peace for the last number of years.

Belfast has moved on why didn't you post a pic of the waterfront as it is today instead DJ Fug

Like fuck it has.
What about holy cross, what about the peace process being completely fucked up now, what about marching season, what about the constant rioting during the summer when theres no school etc?
Shit happens all the time. Theres still shooting, punishment beatings, abductions etc, altho nowhere near as much in the past 5 years as before. There hasnt been any major trouble from (most of) the paramilitaries recently but with the way the political shit is looking lately, it could get a hundred times worse very quickly if the wrong thing happens (but then im pessimistic).
