came ther last night with maxtuh. i rmeber i met theses TA'S (sorry if i missed any)--->>> trancekitten, fir3star3r, sgt foo, resnick, eso, dEsidEl, E2EK1EL, ummm and there were more i cant remeber, sorry. i had agreat time with all of you last night, max was great of course. i didnt get to see the beginning of the invasion bcuz i got their around 12:40 ish, i was having a hrd time finding the venue. but neways hope everyone had fun, gonna see all of u next saturday for picotto. peace

Hellos.
Last night was definately goodtimes. What made it a blast was the vibe. All the TAs that i saw or met, where so nice and amazing. I'm still new with the TA scene and I'm so glad I finally took the chance to experience. Its a great community! The Vip room was wikked, even better than the main room. Id suggest that the vip djs move to a bigger venue. Only cause I still like my space to dance and go crazy. Anyways, again it was great to see all of you and meet some more TAs. EVERYONE IS SO NICE! I LOVE IT! Looking forward to see you guys again.

What A Night

OFF DA HOOK!!!!

Last night was such an amazing night. Thanks to everyone who came to support me, especially Interference crew, Eso for recording sound, Margaret for recording video, Ryan Parks for the wicked photos, and everyone else who got down on the dancefloor... the energy of the TAs will keep this scene strong for a long time.


My Set:
Playing my set was the most intense music experience I have ever had in my life. It was quite surreal being on the other side of the party. Everyone there had me so pumped and the reaction to my set gave me so much energy. I had so much fun, and by the sounds of it last night, so did all of you... I look forward to playing again soon.

Aaron, wow, you are a very talented DJ. I cant remember hearing such a perfect opening set. Such smooth flow.

Matt -- Picotto? I never knew you spun techno!! Got me going nuts. Great experience sharing the night with you.

seventhsun - You dropped some amazing tracks. I was dying to hear Push - Till we meet again... Great debut!

Joe - Also gets a wow. I definitely want to hear more sets from you. That track you played near the end with no name on the label is still in my head now..great job!

Max - Was great, as usual. Strange to walk in at 10:30 to see such a prominant DJ playing to an ABSOLUTLY EMPTY room. The last hour was my favourite.


What a great night. Thanks again. Hope everyone enjoys their treats!

finally i'm able to have a few minutes to post a review.

Wow...what a night! This was officially my first night out at a 19+ club. I loved the atmosphere in System... very chillz... my kinda place. The TAs representin in the VIP room were a plenty.... maybe as I goto more TA events I'll get to know more of you. Thanks Emery for the quick intro to some ppl... it helped.

As for the DJs..... we have some seriosu talent among our TOTA boards... quality sets. Not enough raw/simple trance for me, but techno is definitely rubbing in. If I might add a comment about the mixing I noticed: You guys didn't really make very long transitions... I only noticed most transitions span no more than 5 seconds or so.

Shout-outs to those I met!... there's no way I'll remember all of you yet. and Resnick.. no prob.. anytime... maybe we'll hit guv sometime soon.



In the meantime.... C U ALL @ GUV/KH for Picotto/Vath/Oakenfold!!! w000t!!!

Actually I wasn't hammered. I was buzzed before my set, but at the end I was falling all over the place . I was so happy with how I played, that my legs were giving in from sheer relief that it all went well. Quite a nice feeling....

okies .. PROPPA review time ..

first and foremost , THANKYOU TO ALL THE TOTA'Z that came out last nite for TAi005 and to celebrate all the Nov. TOTA bdays including my own! it was such an honour and great pleasure to be able to party it up with all you fine ppl .. you guys definately made my nite!

so wow, what a night indeed.. i arrived at the club with Alex at approx. 9:45pm to perform soundchecks in the VIP along with Aaron Mossey and DJ Eso. the place was still being setup as E2EK1EL had noted earlier due to the clothing sale that was being held earlier in the day. Anyways, they eventually started letting ppl inside at about 10:25pm or so which explain why there was a delay. Sorry for anyone who had trouble at the guestlist again, it's problems like these that are just so hard to predict. my sincere appologies go out to anyone who this might have affected.

anyways onto the party, i hav to say that the TOTA kru never ceases to impress me. it seems like at every TA Invasion something special always seems to happen that's uniquely different than all the other ones. the time was just prior to 11:30pm and sober_24_7 went out to talk to Max Graham, and Max was like "hey what's going on? where is everybody??".. all i can say was the VIP was crowded! lol .. anyways, it was nice to be able to soak up some of MAx's tunes with space in the club .. made it feel so private and intimate heh. anyways, by midnite the mainroom was gettin pretty busy and the party was definately slammin!

back to the VIP room where things had already starting pickin up by 11pm my guess is because of everyone's rush to get in on the guestlist. Aaron Mossey openned up with an absolutely stellar set which was smooth straight through. i was getting some great compliments about his set, all thanks to Firestarter. next up was Matt Vagrant for his first time on a solo set for a TA Invasion. Another amazing set throughout with so much energy and flow. totally got the crowd goin strong just as Max was peaking his set outside in the mainroom. Found it so hard to be in so many places at once it was crazy. SeventhSun then came on to grace us with some epic trance that night which was a nice change in tempo. by this time the TOTA Technoheads were over at Roxy Blu enjoying the sounds of Chris Liebing soon to make their re-arrival back at the club for our next DJ 24_7. Rich, what can i say, absolutelyfuckingunbelieveble. you literally killed the floor. that VIP room was goin CRAZY! i was near the center of it with drgoodvibe and LadyLotus and could hardly get up front because of the masses surrounding the booth. superb work! finally Raaven came on to close the night with some great classic and that harder mix of Saltwater that he juss loves to drop..

anyhow, all the sets were recorded and will be up soon .. x2!

As far as the crowd goes.. you guys know that TOTA'z know how to throw it down PROPPA! you guys are an amazing crew to be able to party it up with and make the nights and experience so much betta! The only thing that bothered me really was that fact that there were just way too many ppl that i didn't get a chance to talk too throughout the night as i was runnin around trying to look for Alex to fix equipment while John was AWOL.

Anyways, so many of you, but i gotta give some shoutouts for all intensive purposes..

E2EK1EL, my partner in crime for that totally unnecessary bday shoutout on the mic.

I was standing around with Depp Groove and suddenly we see fn_xtc run across us screaming Emery's name. Next we know ... he was leading a massive army of ppl to the main room ... they were all screaming and nuff of them had their hands in the air. "What the FUCK is up with the TAz ? How much crack were they smokin' tonight ?"

We went out side realized it was the track that made them go ape shit like that :P

I had an amazing night, from the time we arrived at 11:15 to the time that we left, which was I have no idea... All I know is that we left when Max Graham was also leaving, and he didn't look too happy...

I don't know why he wasn't, 'cuz it was a great night and I was SUPER happy - thanks to all the TOTAs for making it awesome, too many names, but I'll try: Muff2K - great to finally meet you; Marshmallow - glad you had a great time; Waxen - glad we finally had the chance to chat more; Skipper - good to see you not once but twice in the same night; Ryan, Tara, Emery - Happy birthday guys, you deserve a great one; Beh - where the heck did you go, glad I got ONE hug at least; RICH!!!!! awesome to see you on the other side - LOVED your first track (and the rest of your set too!); Matt - once again, you shine... El Kay Dee - sorry I tried to avoid your camera; Jon - you super fan you...; J_spot - we missed you dude!; cono_sure & The_Highroller - sorry I wasn't too chatty - I was having a "moment" (albeit good!) when we finally met! and, last but not least, to my regular partners in crime, you know who you are, I love you to pieces!!!!

Finally time for my review. It was great night, good turn out, some new faces and some old ones. VIP room was packed and bouncing all night, and Max was dropping some killer tunes in the main room.
All the DJ's did an amazing job. Aaron Mossey set the mood for the night with a great opening set, and then Matt tore it up with some driving prog and TECHNO! some Ben Sims, and even some Picotto Seventhsun delivered us a platter of some sweet trance to change things up a bit , and "Till we meet again" certainly had the place jumping. Then my good friend Rich hit the decks and just tore the place to pieces with some hard hard bass lines and dirty synths. I wasn't expecting him to spin so hard LOL! It was really damn good though! Thanks for playing CJ Bolland's "the Prophet", love that tune....William Dafoe's vocal sample on that track is simply brilliant!
Unfortunately I was only able to catch the first few tracks of Raaven's set because I had to take Nicole home, but it sounded good from what I heard.

It was nice seeing you all again, and I'll see some of you at the Kool Haus next weekend.

good night indeed.. came in after midnight.. saw john & emery (the conspirators haha).. ran into rich right away, him a bit nervous and patient to hit the decks.. chilled a bit there.. Chris and Ilya, my companions for the night .. ran back and forth between Max in the main room and DJs in the VIP.. enjoyed the music in the main room while attempting to explain to Ilya what's so great about prog (I don't think I succeeded.. ).. saw Jon, the superfan, front & center .. back in the vip Rich (man of the night) was really amazing and I didn't feel like leaving the place.. b-day boy Ryan (finally!), smashed and with a smile came in accompanied by Beh.. and Peeeeeeeeeter, good to see you .. was nice meeting and seeing the rest of you, you know who you are.. the rest of the night and weekend wcked
