i've enjoyed it every year when i went those times and going back again next year with a group of 14
that video was great
very professsional
you should consider getting it on air
better than a lot of the crap they have on PBS
Awesome video, can sum one give me a list of the songs used in it??
please, and thank u
edit: Sorry i now see the song credits. im dumb.
One word... AMAZING!!! This is one of the most professional-looking films I've seen. And on my favorite topic too!!! Great mix of interviews, clips and music. Makes me want to fly back right now. This was made on my first and only summer on the island so far. Actually, I think you filmed this the week I was there at the clubs I was at so I might be in some of the clips if I look hard enough. I was there from July 28-Aug 5... at Radio 1 Weekend, at the GK night with J00F, Armin and Picotto and at the PVD/Tiesto night, at the Manumission monday before GK and all that.. brings back lotsa memories. Great great job, buddy. Fav parts is the sunrise/sunset part just before the Clubs part and the Clubs part itself... the Cream part flows so well with the music and brings back tons of memories... almost a tear in my eyes.
Quick question though, what is the very first song on the film? I should know it but forgot!!
Congrats on a spectacular film,
Terry

Kaveh,
Excellent documentary!, you got skills there buddy!
you should at least send a link to armin and j00f
Beautiful! Loved the Balearic soundtrack, it went perfectly with the nice footage. Keep it up!
I am going to leave my computer on and d/l this tonight. I am on a dial-up! I hope the crappy service doesn't disconnect, and no it's not AOL!
Emil
OMG I'm speechless. That was an awesome awesome protrayal! I especially loved the scene in the Manumission club where the people were dancing in the bathroom!! Haha you even labeled it washroom. That was my highlight.
i thoroughly enjoyed the video
in fact now im all depressed cuz i want to be there so bad
the thing with the recorded sound was really annoying tho. what program did you use to edit? all you gotta do to fix that is duplicate the audio channel that you recorded and paste it onto a new channel that is paned right. also noticed that some of the songs you placed in there clipped abit. just bring the audio level on those down or put a compresser on it.
but whatever these are little things.
overall i really liked the vid. i agree that it seemed really captured the feel of ibiza well. and the way you worked the music was done very very well.
good job mate
fukkin ass! really liked te video...
I wanna go there so bad I almost got tears in my eyes. only to bad that there's so much drugs, it's TOO much
i especially loved the poetry in the beginning. when you see the island from a distance and the sounds of altitude-altidue is harmonisly playing in the background!
very touching i must say!...great job kevich for capturing a viewers heart...that what separates you from a crappy film maker to an excellent one
much luck in the future
Bwahahaha, that Kd out black dude is hilarious. Nice british accent Armin's got himself there too.
Good job Cyrus, this is an honest slice of documentary about Ibiza given to us from ordinary people there, which is about as authentic as you can get it. Love the intro with Altitude as well
baaaaaaahha...first of, why was armin speaking with a british accent hahahahha
secondly, whats up with his GREEEN hair!!
That was damned good ... the only way it could have possibly have been better is if there were nudity in it.
Sunset Sequence
I have to say this is a great film short. The sunrise sequence was shot well, that was my favorite part. Can you tell me what song was used in that sequence. I know you gave a tracklist of all the songs, but I am not a huge fan of trance, at least not anymore, so its hard for me to figure out what the song is. Thanks, and once again, a fantastic job.
Holy shit man! Great doc.
