CD 1 of In house we trust Vol II (yoshitoshi)
mixed by behrouz

Paul Oakenfold - Tranceport

favorite mixed album of all time

Haven't heard much mixed CD's... I think I like Tiesto's Magik 6 best, with Armin's Boundaries of Imagination as runner-up

welll..... basically everything that everyone else mentioned. but i think someone needs to give nyana a lil more credit. i think the track selection (especially 2nd cd) is really nice

Smiley DJ HOLDEN !!!

Holden - Balance 005 is a wicked cd. First time my mate played it
to me I didn't like it at all but then borrowed it and listened to
it properly ... ohmigod ... Incredibly well sequenced and with a
track selection to die for, unlike anything else out there ...

If you like Holden's productions I think you will enjoy. Big props
to Dark&long for switching me on to this album

Posted by Tigo on Jan-08-2004 21:00:

yup same happened to me. i got the album listend to it....i was like....ehhhh its whatever....then i REALLY listend to it in the car (thats where i do most of my real listining) and i would look at the track and it was different from when i last looked at it im like WTF. Holden is truly amazing and i feel very "honoured" to have enjoyed such a beautiful CD.

Shit, i got a signed copy here, no web space to host a pic though! Basically, plain blue cover with Fluoro in yellow in the middle, with Perfecto Fluoro: Oakenfold written small underneath. Someone will come up with a pic soon no doubt...

James Holden - Balance 005

The In search of sunrise series by tiesto is actually not so good, the tracklisting is, but the mixing is awful at some times.
It makes my skin creep..

At last, someone else points out the fact that Tiesto's mixing is
(OFTEN) poor. He can work a crowd and select the tunes but sometimes
his mixing is awful.

James Holden album is

You got that right! Tiesto is a top dj, because of his talent to please the crowd with crowd-pleasing records and his appearance, i think. He is not a mixing-wonder, although many people say he is.
