twilo was not shut down because of the death... they were shut down for repeated offences and the final one was not obtaining a work permit..which EVERYONE must do in NY to do construction...away there is a club opening in the twilo space later next year...

TV5 (french international tv like BBC) and Global TV. Both were doing some kind of documentary, what a coincidence.
