Well another thought... *if* I'm going to drive all the way down from O-town for this I'll have to leave before dinner, which means when I get to Miami I'm gonna be damn hungry! So TAs, who's up for a dinner?!
I could be up for dinner before the partying begins (or dinner to begin the partying, which ever way you want to think if it!). What time are you getting in, and where would people like to go?
like i said, its a studio apartment, i know its small. and thats why i threw it out as an idea to get your input. parking on the beach also sucks major ass. a house would be ideal, but everyone here in miami cant seem to throw parties at their homes. 
i mean how many people do we have that would be intrested in coming? all we really need is a roof, a fridge to keep the liquor, a bathroom, turntables, and a dancefloor. the main living room isnt all THAT small. and currently there is no way we would all fit, but i was gonna do some rearranging, and i know theres like 7 chairs, plus a futon (which i'm gonna switch to couch-mode), so there would be enough room for people to sit AND dance. yes its small, but unless we come up with a better idea, this is all we got.
we've had crazy afterparties in hotel rooms, which were a hell of a lot smaller than fred's apartment, so i dunno. i've seen some crazy parties go down in some fairly small apartments (it happens in college), and they always seem to work, sometimes even better than huge house parties. something about that lack of space that brings people together. i dunno. hotel room or freds or someone else offer a place?
I'm up for a dinner if I go

On a side note... why hasn't someone warned Damon about his behavior? It's quite childish.
Sara - you're gonna go even though you can't get in? or is Art gonna help you out?
hmmm... no one ever answered me, surely someone must know: how much? and are there advance tickets?
guys, if something is going to happen before the event, we better come up with it fast...like, someone needs to be in charge or something...I know i can not because i am not in miami...
so what is it going to be, a pre-party, a dinner, a WHA EVER ???

i agree with most of what flo posted,.. yes its small, ive been there too,... it can work, but the main hangup is that there is ZERO parking and i mean i doubt there is even 1 spot there,... there is that pay lot a block or so away,...but i cant really remember,.. TA dinner at Wendey's?? i love me some wendeys

I was at Ferry Corsten Live @ ClubGlow Dec.27 It was tha best and most memorable night for me. Too bad Ferry Didn't make to the Meet-Up but he you people have a kickass time ,I hope to see tha Pics

I'm mad that there are no pre-sale tickets. WTF??? Don't they know that TAs will go anywhere at anytime and we deserve some special consideration! I'm calling them today and at least trying to negotiate some kind of VIP pass for us that is not a million dollars, hopefully the same or less than normal club entry.
Dinner suggestions anyone? Let get this party going! I'm down with a pre-party at Fred's after dinner. I want to be at Space early, as I am sure you all do!
Woo Hoo!!!!!!!! I can't believe in the past week and a half I have been to 4 major cities... 3 of them to party with TAs. So much fun!!!! You all are cool as hell!!!!! Can't wait for Ferry!!! First TA invasion of 04!!! 
btw for those of you getting a hotel room. Dupont Hotel is close to Space and only $89 a night. It's decent.

I'm staying at Dupont Hotel. It's close to Space and relatively cheap, well split between 4 people it is.
yeah... 90 bucks is too much for just me, and a waste of resources since it could at least be split in half. i need someone to split a room with or ima just crash or drive back like i did after pvd.
I just moved here, so not sure whats close by for dinner but will look into it. And it is kind of a long drive for me to get downtown to Space, so I would be into splitting a room at Dupont (figure it would be much better to crash there then to drive back...). As I said, let me know whats up and I am there! Cant wait to meet all you TA's from all over the place!
