Actually NJ is not really a team to emulate
boring style of hockey draws shit crowds. I've heard some really bad stories from people who've been to NJ playoff games.

only team in the league in the top 5 goals for and top five least goals against.
anyway lets put our differences aside here for a second and give a cheer for the boys in finland. 8-0 now second period too bad the tournament is set up the way it is. tough to see a team that worked as hard as ukrain get routed like they have.

Originally posted by Dj Smitty20 I actually like the Senators, though not many people outside of Ottawa do. If Montreal can't win it, I'd like to see either Ottawa or Vancouver do so. My Canadan team ranking is Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto.

Leafs 4 Panthers 4
Leafs were lucky to get away with a point if you ask me. Played absolutely horrible in the 2nd period, but made up for it in the third. The defence looked horrible, and Belfour was awful on a few of Floridas goals. But hey, a point is a point and to get at least that on the road after breaking the last streak is a bonus. Good thing to see Nolan get on the board, and play some good physical hockey!
Next up: @ Boston 01.01.04.
you jinxed it you bastards!
waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh

Originally posted by Hami I don't care what you say, Nolan's goal in the 3rd to tie it up was pure gold. The leafs had a great run, what do u expect? there gonna hav a bad game every so often.

Originally posted by TECHno addict I dont disagree with you at all on both comments. Nolan's goal was a great goal (a little luck) but still great. And of course the Leafs are bound to play a bad game here and there. All i was trying to say is that the 2nd period (where the gave up like 18 shots) was one of the worst defensive periods ive seen them play all year.
The yanks seem to be the team for Canada to beat at the Juniors this year, but I think we can.
As for the Leafs...I'm telling you guys...they're not going to win the Cup.
Nobody is saying they're winning the cup
It's just nice to see them kick some ass
