If I didn't think she was too sniffly for sex, that doesn't mean I don't care about her - it just means I wanted some. Its not like she TOLD me she was too sick for it and I argued. Is this for real? What did I do wrong? My friend says its because I waited 2 days to call her after sex and broke some kind of 'golden rule', which I can accept... But does that sound right to you? Thanks for any advice peeps. By the way I don't want her back, this shit seems too whacked to deal with. Just wondering so I can avoid the same 'mistake' in the future. Mike

OMG how awful!! Let me first start off by saying I don't want to get into a prick discussion, but she was definitely NOT used to my size in terms of largeness... At one point she specifically told me, "Oh my god you have a big one"... I don't think this is bragging because all her other boyfriends were japanese...

And yeah, I know it would have been the right thing to do, to call her after the cold-shoulder breakup and try to work it out... But like someone said maybe I'm still too burnt out on a previous relationship, and thus her over reaction to a mistake was too much for me to deal with at this time. Like in other words I'm so tired of the 'yes dear i'm so sorry' thing from my previous post, that even if this actually WAS an appropriate time to say sorry and lets work on it, I just figured 'fuck it'.

Not to mention the fact that maybe shes breaking up with me for some reason that shes not mentioning, and this is just a cover. Maybe I also felt a little betrayed, because I thought we were to the point where we were comfortable talking to each other enough so if I did do an honest fuck-up, she would simply bring it up and we'd work it out somehow, rather than her being like, "you're toast" and then me chasing after her, "oh i'm sorry i'm sorry no please no".

Oh you know, one other thing that comes to mind:

This all happened about a month ago, and one week after the breakup, when it was clear she was serious, and it was clear I wasn't going to chase after her, she came into class one day and started talking to me like I was her buddy. I kind of ignored her, for obvious reasons, thinking to myself, "god damn, you drop me and then think you can be my friend?"... She did mention when she broke up with me that she wanted to be friends....

This means she was trying to be friends? Trying to see if I would ask her to take me back? Being snyde? What? Who knows, that class is over, i'll never see her again.

Man this may sound fucked, but i hate it when girls try and be friends with u afterwards and act all normal, kinda gives me the impression that they never really gave a shit, and are over u. Although i can still be friends with ex's, i always comfortable distance my self from them to prevent feelings i stll might hold 4 her.

but seriously. Its been the case where the girls have been decently cute but nothing I would want to date, so I like being good friends with them. Then they try to take it to next level after Ive usually made it pretty clear that im only interested in friendship. The only problem is sometimes they get me drunk (REALLY hard to do :P ) and sometimes it goes too far. They dont appreciate the "it only happened cuz I couldnt remember my name" line for some reason. Women! who knows how they work.

Which isnt that bad cuz Id do the same thing to a girl who i thought was hot and she wanted to be friends, but you get kicked into the abyss when it fails and you just have to be ready for that.

Orbax, you are scared of girls...which stems from the root of fear of rejection, which is understandable in your case.

My thinking would be (IF I wanted a supercharger for my car that I don't have)
