why do you guys even care how bad any of these guys do? is out of simple jealousy that everyone puts someone down? you know where the problem is? its in all of us. we are so angry that we arent that big that we jump on the first train out to start slating everyone who fucks up from time to time. he really fucked up a good song and if oakey really sucks as much as he does then why is he one of the highest paid deejays in the world???

DJ JEAN!!

Ok, i listened to the entire oakenfold set and it was very very average, may be a but less than that.

Tracks played were average and not what i expect from an oakenfold. I mean come on: As the Rush comes, Love in gonna save us, Satisfaction, and Southern sun....all in the same set does not impress me. THe mixing was also rather...blah!

I'm a long time and still am an oakey fan, but this set sucked. The only good part were the first few songs. Even in the first transition he trainwreaked.

overall: 5/10

dj jean did a fart mix with sandstorm as well

I didn't mind the backspin that sounded like a horse, but the rest was priceless!

Since when compensation became a determinant of quality?

I bet Britney Spears is one of the highest paid pop artists, but that does not mean that she is good.

yo that ppk mix was the funniest shit i ever heard. tears were coming out of my eyes it was so funny.
i thought it couldn't get any worse until the song stopped and he kept on "scratching" to the tune for a full minute!! ahahah!!!

i am dying to hear the sandstorm mix if anybody has it!

it was even worse for the people that heard it live on radio.

Anyways....BEHOLD! I HAVE VIDEOS OF DJ JEANS EXCELLENT "SCRATCHING" TECHNIQUES. This is footage I got off a local site of DJ Jean here in Hawaii about 2 years ago.

DJ Jean doing his infamous PPK routine (Notice he fucks up at the end, and people are like "....awwww...."

hahah i saw the two vids and they are hilarious. WTF hip hop dont' stop!!! more like hip hop do stop. and he's all bobbin to the music like it sounds great. geeez!

and the other vid, where he's doing yet another "do something to the tune of PPK" trick. haha in this one he just brings up the bass on another record that's playing in tune to the melody. geeez and then he brings it in none too nicely. hahaha

you know that show "what were they thinking" on tlc? they should put those two vids on it. hahaha lord i hope i never do anything that stupid. (he's still a better dj then me though, haha)

i think dj jean lost any credibility he had in the dj world at that moment lol.(if he had any that is )
