you just used to it after hearing music for ages and hearing people describe tunes.

If one asked which rather recent track I like most, I'll maybe say Altitude - Altitude (S.H.O.K.K. Remix)

Noobs who know nothing about trance will ask you guys what is the best, and you tell them Ferry and Tiesto and Armin, so they go to the shows and buy the comps and don't want to listen to any good trance because you won't let them, thus overinflating the value of these crackers and perpetuating the airwaves with the stale anthemic crud that some of us have literally launched outselves into voluntary exile as a result.

thanks a fucking lot.

hehehehhee....

to be fair, you should really define your good trance before you shoot your mouth off.

not that i tell anyone to listing to ferry, tiesto or armin, quite the contrary, however im interested in your notion of good trance. psy lover perhaps?

Why should you pay attention to trance?

...well, only if you really care about it. I guess not though, huh?

You can guess it from his guide.
He likes early trance, like "Two full moons and a trout" (I remember he once posted this tune as a classic), Ibiza Trance (like "Seven Cities"), EBM (kay, it's not the kind of trance we expect, but Front 242 rules anyway ), and he seems to like some nrg too.

I thought Ishkur's guide was a good start

i like it at times, but i don't really care about it enough to know what's popular and what's not. i listen to what makes me feel good.
