What a fucking twat that boy is. Just prepare your case carefully (ensure you have information to back up what you are saying) then threaten his ass with some copyright infringement.

what a twat. you can tell he is just a fucking kid who has no idea. If you signed ANY sort of letter that is not personal with just your first name it gives a bad impression.
When i look through the applications at work at Tesco's i'm amused by some of the things they write in the bit where you have to show a time where you worked hard to get something done etc etc because they think that you don't require any sort of skill or anything to work there. Er wrong.
From what i read of that MSN convo, i'd find a soliciter and get his site fucked up for real.

he's trying to call your bluff
when he says about "paying for your copyright" its the thing you do to make sure that when its out there, no one nicks it and passes it off as theres.
For example if you wrote a book, but didn't do the copyright, someone could copy it word for word, sell it and you wouldnt get any money.
However, in this case, photo's have been taken from a camera, and theres no way that Lauren could have done it herself and passed them off as her own, as its a bit difficult to photograph yourself in such ways as she was posing hehe.
And the gift thing is bollocks. You didn't give em to her as a gift, so stick by that
yeah thats all true... but i don't want to goto the hassle of going through lawyers and stuff, i havent got the time or the money to be doing that!!! can this not be resolved any other way?
im pushing facts in their face, why can't they see im right and just take the photo's off? why does a lawyer need to be involved?
a lawyer doesn't need to be involved if he was a civil person. but he's just being an arse probably cos he is boning lauren and she wants her pics to stay up
well if a lawyer has to be involved then im gonna have to forget it all. i did try, it was a polite request to remove the photos at first but he started being a cock. i'll let him be and leave her happy.
