Rest of you people just disgusting. Just read what you all wrote... its like a big flame war everytime there is a new thread about a new track. You talk how you love trance and how its better then other genres, always paying out rap and pop (which is good coz it really does suck), but then don't stop there, you actually go and divide urselfs and fight a war on whats "real" trance and whats "underground"!

It has nothing to do with popularity. If you think I dislike A&B because they are popular, you're an idiot. In fact, just to be safe, you're an idiot anyways, the mere fact that you see the division between good and shit trance as "popular" or "underground" proves this. I'd say there is a LOT of Pop/Hip-Hop that is better than above&beyondshit. Clue up...

dave, this is tranceaddict where people judge songs based on who produced it, what dj mixed it, what female sings in it....etc. i would have never made this thread either if i knew the usual idiotic and arrogant pricks would come in saying this and that is garbage. grow some character ya'll...saying something sucks without hearing it just makes you look PURELY pathetic.

Why squander your efforts remixing something that has shit vocals to begin with? even the TITLE is cheesy... just taking a guess, since you know I haven't heard the song or anything, but it's about "love" or "obsessing" over somebody..... Just like all their other vocal tracks. Don't need to hear every song from a boyband to figure out the only thing it has going for it is big $$$ spent on producers (not saying the "$$$" thing applies here).

I dont think that's a problem we only have here but we got it all over the world and not only about music (yes I'm taling Anti-Semitic etc.)

But for my part , of what I heard on the radio thier new remix does me nothing and the fact that I dislike a&b doesnt bias my opinion

So how do you think producers earn a living? Of course they're doing their work to earn money. Keep your producer bashing somewhere else. Because A - You dont produce yourself so you cannot prove to me that your a technically better producer than them and B - Like Dave said, you haven't a fucking clue what your talking about as you aint heard the track!

Get back to behind your pc, leave the trance to the people that know what they're talking bout.

I wasn't saying anything about them earning money, obviously they do. I was saying the only reason boy band music comes off as marginally palatable is because they spend TONS of money on the production work. Mark my words nobody will ever look back into the history of electronic dance music and say "above and beyond, now there was some fucking people who knew what was up."

Considering I'm sure I've made an adequate ass out of myself to most people and about 50% of the posts past page 3 on this thread are mine, I'm out.

There are so many funny people on these boards. Quick to judge, bash, and jump on bandwagons. I read these comments and laugh. The same people that months ago say "I love ATRC" next month say "G&D are pop crap". Oh my god people outside of the underground like them, that means they sold out and now suck. When in fact the more succesful someone becomes really means that more people can appreciate their talent. I had a discussion with Dave about this at a bar last weekend before he played at Vision. He thinks it is funny too, how people just switch their opinions with whatever is cool to say. Anyway, just wanted to do a little thinking out loud.

I heard Dave drop this in Chicago Saturday and it sounded pretty good, need to get a hold of this and listen again to see if it still sounds good, or if I was just pumped that night from hearing some good tracks from G&D and Holden.
