I dunno, the shell necklace has to score low on the gino scale. I like the hair and the look though. I'm gonna go with a 6.

alright now u ppl are getting all fuckin moshy on this thread....this is a rate the gino thread not a "just be yourself" thread....u can start one of those if u want..in here we're just gino bashing makes me feel good....
secretly ive always wanted to be one but my hair was too thick and curly to get into huge spikes...my spikes went any way they wanted and i was kicked out and laugh at by the gino crew...thats why i snuck a picture of myself into this thread...now its my mission to bash them it makes me feel good...if there was a crying smiley id use it right now

i would give him an overall of 8 out of 10 only because he looks slightly sketchy (and kinda old but maybe its a bad pic).
Spiked hair is there, although i think its a little long, glasses are pretty nice, necklace and upturned collar, and the white shirt
