I guess I could try kaza, I used it once (it sucked, was slow and blah)...

I have a lot of live sets, which is nice, but, I think that I have a lot of the songs I want within the sets, I just need to break them up using .cue sheets but I dont have nero. Im gonna search on here for cue sheets, and get so more info.

I would use kaza myself, but watch out for the wording on some of the file names/tags. You might be getting the wrong song without knowing it (because some people think for some odd reason that Moby songs were made by Tiesto )

Okay, thought I read in the thread that you weren't, but I guess I was smoking something.

Dumonde and Armin's ID&T state of trance would be the best way to introduce someone into trance. If they don't like it, even a little bit, then they will never like trance.

Also PvD's For an Angel is another way. (no pun intended)

Posted by The Peach on Mar-07-2004 23:26:

thanks stealth and 3xx! actually, i REALLY love the songs i've heard with female vocals....like motorcycle's song, etc. any other good ones with vocals besides the ones you named?

thanks!

Posted by SuckUpMySenses on Mar-08-2004 01:33:

second sun - empire
sunscreem vs push - please save me (vocal)
Planet perfecto feat. grace - not over yet '99 (matt darey remix)
origin - refined intricacy '99
evoke - arms of loren (non vocal)
alex bartlett - amnesia (flutlich vs shokk)
marc aurel - running (dumonde mix)
kai tracid - too many times
tiesto - suburban train

these are what did it for me

when listening to these and many others that got me into this genre, i still to this day get chills from head to toes... its such a nice feeling.. there is nothing better than driving down the highway, all windows down and blasting Empire from my blown speakers. lol... and getting those chills that almost paralyze me while doing 70

Only five?

Ignoring Hard Trance, Psy, and Goa, here's my attempt to single out a few examples of the trance subgenres:

Trance: Push - Strange World 2000
Uplifting Trance: Gouryella - Tenshi
Epic Trance: Paul van Dyk - For An Angel (E-Werk Club Mix)
Tech-trance: Marco V - In Charge
Progressive Trance: Sasha - Xpander

Yes she is quite hot, put that down there after watching Lost In Translation back to back.

Posted by The Peach on Mar-08-2004 05:43:

scarlett is gorgeous, and in a so not fake way. as a chic, i can appreciate that. anywho, thanks for the song recommendations. i would have to say I'm building up quite a song base here, learning a lot. just as a side note, when i get "hi", these songs are even that much better.

WTF are you fucking kidding me ??? PQM???
that's way too heavy for her, I don't think she would take that plus she wouldn't understand it, too complex

Posted by The Peach on Mar-08-2004 05:58:

hehhehe dj rat! maybe it is a good thing that is one of the songs i couldnt find! yeah, if its really hard, i wont like it. im typically like that with any type of music. thanks for looking out for me

Ohh come on broaden your horizons J/K, but then again I love the vocals in it. If you do find a copy download it anyways just to check it out, and if you don't like it you can always dump it in the recycle bin.

What's too complex about it? it's a guy trying to save a prostitute.

yeah, i always download it, listen thru the whole song, then decide if its trash....however, there are a few songs where you're just not digging it within 5 seconds. im listening to this song "i see stars" its wigging me out at the moment. lol just a side note. anyway, thanks!
