BT and Hybrid rocked my world @2tribes, thanks heaps for sharing the BT set... would love to see the hybrid set show up on net sometime soon too

Thanks for sharing

love your work stu!

I haven't posted the Hybrid links because I was told that its available for download from hybridized.org (spelling?)

I'll be taking the links down at the end of the week, over 20 gig has been downloaded from my site and Soulseek has been running non stop for over a week now

If no one else is sharing it on Soulseek after this amount of time then I give up

http://www.hybridized.org

i've had a good look and found nothing. no sets in melbourne, broadcast on nova, or at two tribes.

the closest is a set titled: Hybrid - DJ Set At Friction Intimate Lot 33 Canberra.

Stu, you're a champ!

As for the Hybrid set, that's available at hybridized.org so you shouldn't need to upload it to your server.

Maybe it was taken down
I'll replace the BT set with the Hybrid one at the end of the week depending on how many gig transfer I have left for the month

If you're in a hurry use Soulseek

thanks for that stu, downloading it atm, cant wait.

For some reason i missed 80% of BT at Two Tribes, my night flew past, trying to catch up with about 4 different groups of friends, never doing that again. Had an unreal time though, just missed a couple of DJ's which i would have liked to see.

Anyway, this might compensate for it a little, and bring back some of those memories.

BTW, If anyone was at Rod Lava for the end of the night and knows that song that lucient foort mixed with born slippy, could you let me know please? i have no idea but i know ive heard it before, it was a pretty good damn mix.

Posted by RobSolaris on Apr-14-2004 14:30:

Was it Plump DJs - Born Sloppy?

Don't think Born Sloppy bootleg is by the Plump DJs.. Pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that they said it was by an Aussie friend of theirs.. Nonetheless, wicked track

I may well be wrong, my breaks knowledge is patchy at best....

Smiley DJ

All i remember was some womans voice singing something or other. i know that doesnt help.

anyway im sure id remember it if i heard it again, ill keep my ears peeled this saturday night

Posted by bent on Apr-15-2004 16:28:

Was the female vocal kinda like echoey and u cant understand wat she's singing?

Posted by muli on Apr-16-2004 00:55:

dunno why he sucked in sydney after listening to this.

I gues causee it was after 5:30am people had kinda died

Posted by melbourneTA on Apr-16-2004 08:29:

Ummm im not sure what you mean by echoey. It was girly (no offence intended) and the vocals were on when the song does its....you know, trademark sound bit, however you express that in writing!
But yeah, maybe you can call them echoey.

it was like 7.10am and i was so wrecked im probably sending you up the wrong path, for some reason it reminds me of Felix the cat images???

WTF???

I think they may have been displayed on some screen, either that i\or i had passed out on the DF and was having a dream.

OK, i think ill shutup now.

Hit me with some remix names/versions perhaps and ill try find them to listen to.

lol u sound like u were pretty wrecked ..
have a listen to elektronaut - bumper and if its the vocal from that, then the song was born sloppy

nah it wasn't BY the plumps - its OF the plumps... kinda like a mash-up of two songs, in this case, underworld - born slippy and elektronauts - bumper (plump djs mix). kapeesh?

Posted by France & Trance on Apr-17-2004 17:03:

please dude, can you wait a moment before erasing the BT Set?
i'm currently donwloading it, and my connection is a bit slow...
so if you can wait a bit, it would be very appreciated!

in all the cases, thanks for sharing dude!

greetings from france!

Thanks for the correct date there. I wasnt 100% sure, but it i knew it was a friday before our second footy practice match, and this year that same night was the 2nd april, so i just thought it must have been last years 4th.

Thanks Bent and Jizza for that. Ill try find the version somewhere.
