wooohooo, i can even approve other people to join!

Posted by sly on Mar-12-2004 05:44:

We need more members. Considering how many TA there are, it seems people are reluctlant to join. Either they don't see a point in joining or they are skeptical of the privacy issue. Well, I can poignantly say that its is worth joining and the privacy problem is unfounded.

yeh it's doing fine now, the problem was that it takes like 20 minutes until the tracks appear there

Yeah it varies, something it appears almost instantly and other times it takes forever!

Posted by whiskers on Mar-13-2004 23:46:

That's me. You got a problem with that? Easily beats any of tiesto's other work so stfu

Posted by icyhandofcrap on Mar-14-2004 00:03:

i notice it acts funny sometimes:

sometimes lowercases some songs

sometimes doesn't show what you are playing

or shows what you are playing but adds them in 20 mins later

Posted by sly on Mar-14-2004 00:05:

What players are you guys using? I"m using WinAmp 2.9 now but back at college, I use f00bar.

Posted by icyhandofcrap on Mar-14-2004 00:06:

err winamp 5.0

it doesn't lowercase, it records the first instance of that song and most of the time stuff is lowercased

Posted by icyhandofcrap on Mar-14-2004 00:27:

grr then i must fix all my id3 tags!

*work* *work*

Posted by whiskers on Mar-14-2004 00:34:

98% of my tags are 100% correct

98% because i might've missed some and because some can't be modified in winamp

Posted by icyhandofcrap on Mar-14-2004 01:26:

96% for me...

i frequently find that i have missed one

and sometimes i find there isnt even an id3 tag on a song i missed

also why don't some mp3 show their length unless you play them? i have winamp set on read metadata on load.

Posted by icyhandofcrap on Mar-14-2004 01:29:

must beat everyone else's total song count! (cept for whiskers, thats just plain nuts)

actually, i figured out the lowercasing...
its only does it if there is no id3v2 tag

Been there, done that... I remember I had a happy hardcore folder with over 200 songs about 3 years ago. It was just a matter of time before I hit the delete button. Come on whiskey join the club, delete it!!!
