I definately have to go to this!!!
Question to those from the area:
Should I fly to London and train up to the event or fly to Birmingham and train to the event?
Also, out of curiosity, anyone else from the US going to this??
Birminghams the nearest, u can get a train to Stratford from Birmingham and then there will be shuttle runs from the station to GKGG.

man im so jealous! but how can you choose who to see? you would probably spend more time running between arenas than listening to djs! at least i can listen to the sets that are broadcast, global gathering from last 2 years are just about my favourite j00f sets

hmm, the questions is, do i wear my combat boots (if i can find them), or do i risk it and wear trainers
Trouble is my boots are so heavy I'll probs be unable to dance after about two hours, but on the other hand, i dont wanna get in a conplete state like last year, cos i gotta drive home this time

they are going to broadcast main stage ?
seeing as i just got up and am gettin ready to head off to quite possibly watch tiesto, armin van buuren, paul van dyk and ferry corsten play back-to-back i thought it was worth topping this thread again
dunno if they will broadcast the main stage on galaxy (not that i care especailly ;p), last year galaxy were a bit shit with their coverage by all accounts, broadcasting the sets chopped-up. i think they basically only paid much attention to their residents, like paul kershaw who has a slot on galaxy so got a whole 30 mins or so of his mix broadcast properly. that was a damn fine mix but if they do it like last year i dont think itll make good listening generally.
Yes, they're going to be broadcast on Galaxy, as it says on the GG website.
It would be nice if there were other streams for it, though. Galaxy's quality isn't great, and like the bt_fan said, they fuck-up their broadcasts.
