and to not go off topic, everyone is born with a 6 pack, all ur muslces are there, u just have to work out to get them defined and sculpted.

my roomate for the longest time never drank alcohol or ate in excess, but he never worked out either..so he had somewhat of a 6pack.. but now he drinks like a fish and got himeself a little innertube around his midsection.

So true. I'm fairly skinny (I prefer the term 'slim' ) but I'm fairly toned. I only weigh about 60 KGs and I'm 5'7", so my "buffness" doesn't really show, and I'm not the type of guy to go around telling the world how great I am, but every once in a while, someone will notice.

They get the personality first, then that way if they show an interest I know that it's because they like me for my personality and not my body or whatever. Then if they pass that little test, they get the rest.
