lemme guess you like rank 1 - airwave?

hiya montana,

okay, i haven't actually heard of the jonathan peters vocal mix of kanariya. must be a coincidence it sounds similar (don't all trance in general sounds 'similar' anyway? haha)
rank 1 - airwave. hm, that track name sounds very familiar. it's a famous trance track, right? i think it's can old track though, i've probably heard it few years ago. but i certainly don't remember how the music goes like now.

why the generic european uplifting cookie cutter-type trance?

haha! that was my aim exactly.

also the vocals are really bad placed sometimes. that break round 2:17 is really unneceraily, it just kills of that brilliant buildup and like seperates it from the rest of the song

quote:
and then in 3:48, you did it again?, no, for crying out loud, you killing of the mood of the song.. the major problem with breakdowns is that if you do it wrong, you kill the whole song.

i agree that the break at 2:17 is not as good as it can be, but the one at 3:48 is alright to me.

hiya Nou,
i use Reason and those mastering plug-in programs to make tracks 'louder'.

d-jay MyTH - I already put this up on loads of Ayumi websites/forums.

And what do they think?

hiya, yeah they thought it was really good. some thought more vocals needed though, being the typical ayumi fans though cos they just love her so much!

you're all free to throw this track into whatever sets u may have etc.
thank you, really thank you.

i've re-uploaded the tracks now. they should be okay to download.

awww man the link is not working for me. After reading all the comments I REALLY want to hear this.

I will try back tomorrow =)

Posted by SurrealDreams on May-16-2004 11:25:

u need to right click -- save as (in internet explorer) for those links, otherwise it won't work.

Posted by Epic Star on May-17-2004 18:02:

Top tune!! Dub Mix or instrumental Mix would be amazing

Posted by RisingForce on May-18-2004 06:20:

Yeah Mate I realize how to save files, I have done it thousands of times before. I wanted to get the extended mix... when you right click and save as all you get is a missing.html file...

Posted by SurrealDreams on May-21-2004 10:01:

Both should work now.

They works
Very good remix, but bass at the start have to be more variative, like it is at the middle of track.
I mean, remix starts with vocals but bass doesn't change before strings and downbreak comes in, and it's very boring (well, atleast for me ), apart from this, I like this remix
I'vent heard extended remix, but structure of first remix is ok.

this is a superb production....

I like the build up of the song (just pro), but i don t like the melody at all.

when you got a new nice melody you`ve got a number 1 track, i guess

maybe we can work together...u have the production skills, i've got the melody skills.......think about it

greetings

Btw im really loving that "sintar" type guitar instrument you have going in the song, if you dont mind me asking...

What software/hardware/pc or mac/ do you use to produce, just out of curiosity. Because your track sounds very mint and i'm loving the kick/percussion and everything, please answer if you can, thanks!

hiya,

I use an AMD 2500 PC with Reason 2.5, a cheap sound card, a Leak 1960's amplifier and a pair of Wharfedale hi-fi speakers and walkman earphones, and some mastering plug-ins and wave editor.

Posted by midaV on May-24-2004 06:20:

awsome, thanks

Posted by farley on May-24-2004 09:45:

It's late, but I really like this track. The additional synth (if you'd call it that, I'm bad with production names) that kicks in around 1:22 is fucking mint, kind of even sounds like some old video game sound effects The whole track just has so much energy, and I def agree it could pass of as an A&B track.
