Thank you both for the not-unexpected lesson in the science of "women are perfect little angels that never do anything bad in life", but if you honestly think that women aren't promiscuous in this day and age then you must be living under a rock.

Malek, my friend isn't in high school, and I don't know why you inferred that simply because I referred to things he told me about his high school. He's a year older than me and graduating with me from engineering this year and I don't have even the slightest reason to doubt him, because I've heard other people say the same things with varying degrees of detail.

Margs, I'm sorry to have to bite back on this one but the fact is that a lot of girls are sluts. I'm not saying all or even most, but far too many to just "trust" that your partner was never "dirty", and your statistic of 10% is ridiculously undercutting it, unless you're averaging with girls living in poor European countries and/or girls who grew up in the 1950s. I've seen it, I've been there, and even though I choose not to take part in it, I'm not stupid.

It's very rare to find a girl over the age of 18 who hasn't already been with a couple of guys. Long-term relationships aren't really an ideal anymore; the average girl I talk to isn't looking for anything long-term and prefers not to be "tied down." It sickens me to hear that, because I know that all it really means is "I sleep around / would sleep around if I had more self-confidence."

Bottom line to guys: wrap it. You're gonna find out fast if your girl's a virgin, and if that turns out to be the case then maybe you can dispense with the condoms as long as some other contraceptive is in use. Otherwise, better be careful.

Think of it like this: "Life with AIDS sucks" as opposed to "Sex with condoms sucks!!!"

You didn't say a couple. You said over 20 guys maybe even double that. That is insane and you know it. I know that your thoughts on this are stemming from something but they are just improbable. The majority of girls do not belong on the stage of the Jenny Jones show. And even from all the people that the two of us know together, you know the last part is also not true. Most girls ARE looking for something "long-term".

I just wanted to comment on your comment because you are making it seem to these young kids in here that all girls are sluts and should be treated that way.

Just go to any regular top 40 or hip hop club and look at the girls there. Not less than 1/4 of them will be with a new guy by the end of the night, and of those, most will never see that guy again. Maybe it's different at a club like the Guvernment (somewhat), but people go to regular clubs to get themselves laid.

So repeat that one-night-stand at a club once a month for 2 years and that's over 20 guys right there. It really doesn't take much, at all.

Mutual friends - I guess you're talking about TOTA - most of them already have boyfriends. So in a purely scientific sense, it is kind of biasing the sample to pick girls who are already in long-term relationships and by virtue of that, say that the majority of all girls want something long-term. In the majority of cases, that's not how it is at all.

But you're entitled to your opinion. Personally, I don't intend on giving anyone the benefit of the doubt. I'll say it again, every guy should wrap with quickies or short-term relationships because there's NO telling what went on beforehand.

Again, I think you are basing your opinion on some strange thing that happened to you or you heard way too many locker room stories. You said that the majority of girls right out of highschool had slept with over 20 guys. This is a pure exaggeration. I know what happens in high school. I was a highschool girl too. I went out to top 40 clubs, I have many girlfriends and your statement is way over exaggerated. That's all I'm trying to say here. The most slutiest girl I know slept with 7 guys. From all the girls I know (and I must know over 100 girls, that's a pretty good sample size), that's all between 0 and 7 guys.

I'm not saying that everyone should not wear a condom and protect themselves with all other forms of protection. Please everyone use protection, but don't automatically assume that your partner is a dirty slut.

Get maxim. theyve said that the average age of losing virginity for women was around 17 and by the time they were 21 theyd had about 5 sexual partners or something. then there is me. and I am an outlier on their whole thing.

Where i live girls starting to having sex at age 14, 7 out of 10 girls sleeping with more then 10 guys, and girls like to take other girls boyfriend. But thats my town, i dont think every town are like this.
