But I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was a pretty fun party saturday night as well.

I've yet to meet anyone who went to Boa and didn't get blown away, I'm still awed by it every saturday.

My original skepticism about Boa arose from the fact that the first group of big DJs that came in were all house or prog...not my thing.

However, I knew once I saw Mark Falco on the bill that my mind would change. Mark never ever disappoints; he's one of my favorites, despite being a purely circuit DJ. (although I know he has a soft spot for techno.)

The sound there is the best in the city. I don't know how anyone can argue that. Exhausted, we couldn't tear ourselves away from that sound. It's incredible how one record can sound so crisp and so clear...and I can leave without my ears ringing. (unlike after a night at system.)

Just d/l her Essential mix (2002). There's some strange mix in around 74:00 ish that sounds a lot like Chemical Brothers Out of Control (the bassline), but it doesn't show in the tracklisting. Any ideas?
