At the last minute a venue was found and not just any venue!!!!!

Prepare yourself for an entirely new level of clubbing!!!

Ladies and Gents,

A Night Of Trance (ANOT) on May 14th will be at ARQ Sydney's Premier Superclub

This is unbelievable. For those of you who haven't been. ARQ is the Sydney super club that has the best lighting system anywhere in the city possibly the country. Each individual moving light (of which they have many) is attached to hydraulic pumps that move it up and down into the ceiling. This means the entire lighting display moves and changes not just the lights. It has too be seen to be believed. Plus dual multi coloured laser and 2 single green lasers. This is combined with a perfectly designed club with couches at eye level to the lights and lasers so you can relax sit down and watch a sea of people dancing below to the most amazing light show.

This will be by far the biggest A Night Of Trance yet.

Unfortunately though as we only have the main arean of ARQ and do not have the second room we will have to postpone the Club Liberty room.

All I can say is prepare yourself as this will be the most amazing clubbing experience

P.S. As you may know ARQ is normally a Gay and Lesbian venue BUT the main areana area has been closed on Friday nights. As a very special event ARQ will be letting us use the main areana for a straight event. I do not believe this has happened before. Now is the time to see what everyone has been raving about.

Cool, I can't wait. This will be awesome.

does this mean gay people arent allowed to go? hehe. I can assure you the normal gay crowd will not know the difference and will come, i think they'd be slightly pee'd of if they couldnt get into their club.

shame the Liberty room had to be canceled, as I was really looking forward to seeing Hugo and Wade play the the baddest beats on the night! I reckon ditch the Trance room, and go with the single Liberty room as the preferred option

Of course not don't be silly

The situation basically is that the main arena of ARQ is normally closed on a Friday night therefore nobody is going there at all gay or straight. Occasionally it is open i.e. for Matt Darey, Lange e.t.c. But at the moment it doesn't have a regular crowd.

As it is not being used and does not have a regular Friday night crowd we have been able to book it for ANOT.

With regards to ANOT being straight or gay basically the advertising for ANOT targets a predominantly straight crowd i.e. using 3D world for advertising rather than SX or Sydney Star Observer. It does also target the gay community in some areas i.e. advertising at golds gym in the city and bayswater gym which are predominantly gay gyms. We have always done this. This means we generally get a predominantly straight crowd but we do have some of the gay community in attendance.

What i'm getting to is expect a fairly similar crowd to normal

Really? i didnt know this, as far as i knew the top area was always open on a friday night for the regular crowd, i could be wrong. Just from what i know of the place (i havent been there for a while), the main arena opens every friday. Interesting..

Anyway..doesn't matter..
