It makes more sense that she did say that. With these foreign singers you can hardly tell what they are saying, anyway that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

ZEBRAS CROSSING THE STREET
Leaving the whole week behind,
stop the trouble, open your mind.
Is this the life you want to live?
Clear up your mind, zebras crossing the street,
loosing control, everything is in your hand.
Running around, down the street,
buying some frozen food, put it in a fridge.

I want you back for the rhythm attack, coming down on the floor like a maniac
I want you back for the rhythm attack, get down in full effect!
I want you back for the rhythm attack, coming down on the floor like a maniac
I want you back, so clean up the dish
By the way, How much is the fish ?!!

I was looking for 'Sun Decade' song lyrics and came across the song lyrics for 'Scooter'. They're hilarious some of them. It's a perfect example of what drugs can do, no people in their right mind could have possibly wrote these lyrics.

It would be piss funny for people to analyse and find some meaning.

have you heard "thrillseekers - dreaming of you" ?
now THAT'S a quality vocal trance.

not to mention another vote for cass & slide - perception (vocal mix)
geez, those two are classics!!

Dubs/Instrumentals should be mandatory on all vocal releases.

I take it you're assuming there are trance songs out there with lyrics that aren't cheesy.

Just through into the Lyrics:
"Shout out to the man in the ice cream van" or "Siberia the place to be" and your a sure hit!

ROFLMAO!!!!!

Cass & Slide - Perception (Vocal Mix) shouldn't evengo near the cheddar category, that tune is nigh on sacred!

I really don't think that Mindcircus and Southern Sun are made of cheese.

James Holden - Nothing (93 Returning Mix)

you hardly make any sense of the lyrics (well at least a large part of it) but they are so well blended with the music that make the result totally beautiful. This is how vocals should be, the vocals shouldn't be the guiding element in the track but the actual tune!

Posted by tnt_ on May-18-2004 05:26:

oh forgot to mention
most stupid lyrics in any EDM genre: Paffendorf

remember the lyrics of BE COOL ?

everybody be cool - you be cool! D'OH!

ATTENTION: FOR THE LAST GOD DAMN TIME...

Just because Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes was popular, does not mean:

A)It sucked
B)It was cheesy
c)That it can be blamed for its own popularity.

In conclusion, don't hate bitches.

It depends on the voice really.

Oceanlab-Beautiful Together= MASSIVE CHEESE.Those vocals just piss me off

And i guess the DJ who produced the track helps.I mean.. even if DJ SAMMY's female vocals on one of his tracks was really good.. You guys would still call it cheese.

maybe, haven't heard it, but when almost everything you produce is cheese and you make the very rare semi-respectable track, it can only be assumed that it was a fluke, and you still don't deserve any respect

i like andain's Beautiful Things a lot!! every time i hear this tune,a new dimension of perception of the lyrics emerges.

i can't clasify which tunes are cheezy and which are not.but maybe it has a lot to do with fist time's hearing of them.

PS: burned with desire is 100% vocal cheezy for me,whereas the actual tune aint so bad.

I like Motorcycle - as the rush comes

I personally like Oceanlab - Clear Blue Water (Ferry Corsten Remix)........Definetly not "cheese".....but yet.....I don't care about all this "cheese" bullshit and what not...i'm new to the trance community as I have listened to it on my own and having my own opinions before I found you guys......plain and simple....if you don't like a track....don't listen to it....you can tell if it's badly put together or lacks effort.....that sort of thing...YOU decide
