For the record, i know of only one mod on these forums who can not take criticism.

All the other mods on this board welcome it, it's feedback to us to where we are going wrong and what we are doing right.
feedback of any kind, positive or negative helps the admin / mods of TA do a better job.
you are more than welcome to post feedback about a mod as long as its constructive.
saying 'arturo sucks man' is not constuctive, if he sucks tell us why.
Saying 'Wicked Neo always closes threads' is not constructive.
if you feel that a mod, no matter who they are has made an error, PM them, we are open to reason.

if you proove your point then we shall rectify it.
Don't look on mods as the enemy, we're not, our aim is to make the boards a better place for everyone who uses them.

verry valid point, iagree that that is better then calling a mod a nob. But maby you should look(im sure u know) who posts where and who doesn't. If you don't feel like taking away the mod's of someone in a forum, i have no problem with it. But maby you should add mods to COR, or other obvious areas on ta that could use an active/another mod. At least it should make your job easier.

and i never said arturo sux..

i just giving an example, that for example the promotion production forum have 5 moderators only 1 mod it..why are the other 4 tagged there?

this ia a big forum, but am not saying a moderator should devote his whole life to mod, but if your tagged as a moderator , i expect at least your a bit active on that section where your tagged on.

Well iv read through my origional thread and most of this one and id like to clarify some things. First i have absolute respect for the admins here, its defently hard to moderate a group like us exspecialy when theirs no rule book to do it by. I dont always think their judgments are correct (for example closeing my thread) but i still ahve respect for them.

As for the fact that jayd dosent post much on the forum thus hes not a good admin, i feel it completly false iv been a member of this forum for a while (not nearly as long as some of the more experanced members) and i probly have a lower post count than kamikazi does.

As for the relavince to kamikazi himself. I highly doubt he has that problem but i dont know him personaly so i cant say. I was just using him as an example cuz he is the very sterotipe of what a newb is on this forum. I know weve all been young and said stupid things (i started a new account on here after a year cuz i realised how newb i was) but if we dont point out how newbish others are how will they learn.

Shure it may not be the nicest way of teaching our young but then again lifes a bitch. The point behind my origional post was that Being newbie on ta is like shooting yourself in the foot. Shure it hurts but you learn not to do shit like that again.

as i already kinda said. you have two types of mods at least in my eyes..

sectional mods (mods like Luke Terry who is assigned to the forums you mentioned because he loves to hang out in there)

more global mods (mods like wicked neo, swamper obviously, etc)

if you ever have a problem with something going on in the production section...you could definitely bring it to wicked neo's attention or swamper's attention or any of the other mods that are listed there. i'm sure you'll get some kind of a response either in that thread or via pm.

it is nice to have a mod that knows everything about that section, but at the same time, if you have a particular problem...it will be addressed if you bring it to the mods attention.

i know that on the very few occasions in which i had something i wanted a mod to look at...i've always got a response whether in agreement or disagreement...
