Anyone remember Fraggle Rock???? One of my teachers in High School was a "Fraggle Doctor" on the show!! He used to fix all the fraggles and puppets and such. He has one of the original Doozers (the one with the red hair and viser) Not famous but still pretty cool.

It was for Early Bird (breakfast television before the days of the Big Breakfast):

Me: Watch Earlybird
Kid: What's that?
Me: It's a great new program on Channel 4.

It wasn't the best advert ever made.

my mom's sister was in a polish movie when she was a teen

i met the niece of Naseeruddin Shah who played Captain Nemo in the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. partied with her for a few weeks...

my housemate and good friend his middle name is Muhammad, and from what i was told that only the family or direct relation of the prophet muhammed of the islam religion, is allowed to have and has to have muhammad as a middle name. (but i could be wrong)

one of my highschool friends was like best friends with mia hamm of the US woman's soccer team.

thats all for now in this life time.

I know a bunch of NHL players...I guess they'd only be aquaintances now since I've been out of the loop...most of them I went to school with.

Also have a buddy that is a Pro Bull Rider...he goes to NFR's and gets to be on TV and such.

Plus, I get one recognizable sports figure, or movie/tv person on the plane every couple trips. We fly to lots of resort destinations or and places like Vancouver which is has the resorts, sports and films lots of shows up there.

I don't know, it's funny...some of the people I know that I would have aspired to have been, want to be like me. Last December, chated with Judge Jules during a gig to find out he has a passion for flying and wants to own his own plane....while I'm standing there going, I fly for a living and want to spin for the crowd...."Trade ya for a couple days".

On the Obscure: Had Tanya Harding on the plane yesterday...she lives just down the road...god she looks like hell...LOL...course she got her butt kicked in Edmonton the night before too. Now there are 2 parents that went from a happy couple with a great petite figure skating daughter to...to whatever the heck she turned into in 10 years....ROFL....

Nothing famous or anything, but speaking of flying..

1983- to be exact.

My grandfather used to be good friends with Vasiliy Zaitsev, famous Russian sniper.

I know some famous people. To hell with name dropping. I will boast about who I am related to though. I am a descendent of Chief Osceola of the Seminole Indian tribe. His family is buried in my families cemetery...right across from my grandparents. When people bitch about the football teams using the name of Indians for their teams I laugh. I do agree with some of them being wrong, but hell...the Florida State Seminoles use the name Seminoles. And that emblem on their jerseys and on everything else...that is Chief Osceola. Do I bitch? Hell no. I am a FSU fan through and through.

They're still better than most of the other college teams out there.

I support all FL teams. In fact I hope the Hurricanes play the Huskies (again) this season so that I can watch the Hurricanes kick the Huskies ass.

I've been good friends with a former child-actor, Eric Lloyd (from The Santa Clause, Dunsten Checks In, Batman & Robin, and the voice of Blankey in "The Brave Little Toaster" for 7 years. I just graduated high school with him and I hang out with him on a daily basis. He's a cool guy, his acting gig isn't as big as it seems(he's not a millionare or anything) but the newest film he's working on is "Dramarama" with Lindsay Lohan. When he starts filming in August he's gunna take some of us to meet her and the production crew on set, it'll be pretty cool i guess.

Posted by Cyrus King on Jun-29-2004 03:30:

I know David Julian Hirsh

He's not quite famous, but getting there. He has his own show called "Naked Josh" on the Oxygen network
