I got the icons from Deviant Art and the name of the icon pack is Kreski.zip, although I couldn't find it again. You'll also need Icon Packager to install them.

Look, it's VEEEEERY easy, they're not icons, it's a program that simulates a Quick Launch toolbar, you just downlad it and Voil�! It's there.
