Hoooolllyyyy shit....

couldn't post on here yesterday, i could barely move. Nu NRG was AMAZING! I can't believe I heard Free Fall......and Dreamland......and Take Your Air.......and everything else they friggin played. The sound screwed up a bit at the beginning, but it was all good. Those guys are uber hot, and i'm not just talking about their looks........I CANT WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN! whenever that may be...

WOWZERS!!!

Awesome night. Nu-Nrg delivered like we all knew they would. THis set was no let-down. Simply enough, I'm gonna say that they brought us all on the same great trance trip that we wanted.

I really wanted to grab that JP8000 they were using and run out with it. hehehehhehehehe... (just joking ok!!)

Walter Rosati --- last time I heard him I wasn't too impressed. This time was much more entertaining. He seems to spin with no objective ahead er something like that. But he adequately prepared me for Nu-Nrg.

Dennis Hahn --- I remember meeting Dennis @ the pre-Dumonde@Viva dinner a while back at Frankie Tomatoes. He told me he was a DJ back then... He sure is a great one!!! Excellent intro set... it never went to strong so as to tire me out, but made me stay on the floor...and that's a DJs job.... well done!

Great to see all the TAs out.All those who are currently travelling Europe surely missed out.

What a night, what a NIGHT!

Started out with Dj_Shan trying to give me a ride from Bramalea GO station, but the bus to Bramalea never came (bastards ). But he managed to pick me up from Union Station. We then picked up Maxtuh (pretty pissed off at us, since we were late.)Either way we go there...ahh the things we do for trance.

Once I got in I was amazed at the lighting Viva had (first time there) simply amazing. When people were saying it was really good, I was thinking that they were just exagerating, but I was proved wrong.

The intro sets by Dennis Hahn and Walter Rosatti were really wicked, loved the tracks they dropped, and were a really good appetiser to the subsequent set I was going to get exposed to...

Then Nu Nrg came on...WOW what a set. They started out with some technical difficulties, but they sorted it out and with the support and cheers of the fans (even me schouting "dai ragazzi ce la fate!" come on guys you can do it). They went on with an hour of great tracks, making the floor (filled with TA's) just jump and dance like they never have before. It was just one hour, but the hour was really great, being a live PA just added to the amazingness of it all.

Seen a lot of new faces as well as the usual people I partied with...

Massive respect to Dj_shan, for the ride there and home and respect to both you and and Maxtuh for being patient while waiting for me.
Resnick,Schryer (I have to go to Montreal and party)Az,Christina (Gina!! ) and her hottie russian friend Anya (beh wtf were you?!)Pierre,Liang, RabbitJoker, Firestarter, SgtFoo, Flec Nat. And last but not least Arturob, finally got to say OMG I DIE , thanks a lot for being able to get my Italian passport signed by Nu Nrg.

Overall the night was amazing, but the atmosphere the TA crowd brought with their positive vibes and cheering made it even better.

Grazie tanto a Nu Nrg per un set davvero magnifico.

Aww, that's a shame they didn't play it, but makes me feel a little better knowing that I didn't miss the kick from that song with a few hundred other TA's going nuts around me. Btw, that video is crazy!!! Where's the rest??

Awesome party

I had a great time at the party, the opening set was very energetic and a perfect prelude to Nu-NRG. Nu-NRG were awesome, I just wish that they would have played a little longer. However, I finally heard "Take your Air" on a club sound system, so I can't complain.

More importantly, the night was so memorable because of all the TA in attendance. It was great seeing you again Fir3start3r (it has been a very long time indeed). A lot of the old school TA were representing, which always make for a great party. Moreover, I met a few new TA which is always nice.

Lastly, I had an absolute wonderful time after the club with all of you guys: Mike and Jenna, R.J., Margaret and Ray, Rich, and Time2Burn (can never remember your real name, lol). I hope to see you guys again real soon

P.S I was so exhausted that I never made it to the gym and I had such a hard time getting up, that I missed the beginning of the Argo game I went to watch. Needless to say, my girlfriend was not the happiest.

aaaaahh its monday morning, and i finally get to write a review.. well here it goes... the day started with absolute stress. woke up at 6am for school, didnt get home until 5 pm. as soon as i got home, i was assigned some things to do by my rentz, took me about an hour to complete. then it was time to pick up mako from the bramlea go station at 6:30pm, and i go there and he doesnt show up... i wait and wait and wait....nvm.. then i drove back home around 7:20pm and luckily i never got a speeding ticket. reached home at 8pm and i had trouble finding mako's phone number. i finally found mako's phone number after 10-15 minutes. then he tells me his bus never came to pik him up. ahh well, then i also had to meet up with drale in downtown for 8:30pm, so then i told mako to get to union station and ill pik him up from there at 9pm. then it was abput 8:30 and drale is waitig or me in downtown and i havent even left home yet. so then i call drale and i told him ill be a bit late. so i finally leave home at about 8:45 pm. i was suppose to drop off a few chairs at my uncles house on my way to toronto, and by doing that i wasted another 25 minutes of my time. when i got to my uncle's house, my cuzn was there and my dad made me take him with me to viva. (hope he isnt reading this) anyways so he sits down in my car and i bring him along. i call up drale and told him im leaving frikin brampton, while mako is still at union waiting for me without being contacted about wats gonig on. ok so then i finally meat up with drale around 9:15pm, he returned my cdj's and we talked for about 5-6 miutes. alrite, then me and my cuzn were off to union station to pick up mako. i was finding a place to park and i accidentally parked my car about 15 minutes away from union. i had to walk around the cn tower and this other street and it took me about 20 minutes to walk to union. when i got there i couldnt find mako. also it was around 9:30 at this time, and monish gets off work at 9:30. mako was told to call monish in case i never showed up on time, and mako lost monish's phone number. so i call up monish around 9:40 and he told me that mako never contacted him.. ahh well so i stareted walking bak to my car and there was a surprise, me and mako collided with each other. that was a great feeling. lol. anywayz, the stress wasnt over yet. it was like 10pm, and monish has been waiting for us since 9:30. so we reach to monish's workplace around 10:30/10:40. holy he was mad as hell. lol. anyways the stress wasntover yet either. my cuzn tells me he never brought his i.d. with him. (bastard guy) so now i was wondering if he would be allowed inside or not. luckily he got in with the rest of us, otherwise i would have had to arrange something for him to send him bak home.

ok now we finally made it to viva around 11:30ish.. this was my first time at viva and i was so impressed. viva is billion times better than guvernment, awesome lasers and sound. nu nrg was just awesome as usual. it wasnice to see all TA'S that were there.. here are soem i remember-->> sgt Foo, resnick, tordan, the_broad, rocco, tatgirl, stereoprincess, and many more.. .it was nice to see you all once again. mako and maxtuh, its my pleasure to give u both a ride.. next time please be on time well i guess i wrote alot now, i look forward to meeting eveyone once again atthe next event. so long till then......

p.s. please excuse me with the spelling errors!

A big thanks goes out to all the TAs in attendance!! It was a great show and outstanding turnout!

It was unfortunate that there was the sound cut out during the intro of NU-NRG's set, but sadly it was out of their control. Their flight was scheduled to arrive in Toronto at 4:30pm but somehow was delayed and only landed at 11pm (thanks Alitalia airlines!). So NU-NRG were forced to setup all off their equipment in the dark while the club was in action and had no possibility of completing their sound check. But with the amazing vibe and crowd we had out on Friday night the little hiccup didn't matter since the event turned out to be one of the most memorable ones yet @ Viva.

We are working hard on getting out an 8.5 minute video that highlights the NU-NRG set. It should be available for download by midweek so keep your eyes glued on the TR site (www.temporalrhythm.com) and these forums for the official release!

We would also like to send out a special thanks to Margaret, Ray and Shane for their hard work in helping to promote this event. Without the help of special people such as yourselves successful events would never happen.

Even though the NU-NRG set was beyond expectations, we cannot forget that our Toronto locals, Walter Rosati and Dennish Hahn, also put on stellar performances. Dennis Hahn's deput set at Viva was definitely exceptional and it won't be his last . Walter Rosati has also proved himself again as being one of the top local DJs in this city. His opening and closing for NU-NRG was nothing short of perfection and we look forward to his upcomming CD release with EMI/Virgin (keep you eyes peeled for that one) and his upcoming performances at WEMF & deput at Boa on Aug 1.

Lets not forget about Swamper! Without his countless hours of effort and hard work this great community would likely have never existed! Our hats go off to you sir!

Peace and respect to all,

Temporal Rhythm

Armin in Ottawa was marginal to good. I don't remember much of the music portion of the event...

I didn't go to Armin in Montreal. He was apparently alot better in Montreal than in Ottawa. I was surprised to hear that, 'cuz usually Trance DJ's don't play Trance when they go to Montreal.
