HappyHappy A LEAD

Hey everybody, me again.

In my search for this mystery song I decided to look at Ferry Corsten's ministry of sound set listing. Sure enough in at number seven a song is listed as "Promo - Punk". This would follow two suggestions that we have had already, one being that it is in fact a promo. The other being from the person that was at the I believe it was an Azzido De Bass set, or was it Adam Beyer, sorry I don't remember, but whoever it was was at this set said that this DJ played the same song and showed him the label that said "punk" that is all. So perhaps this helps, the sole question left is how do we the people who have grown to like perhaps not only the song itself but the songs mystery, how do we get our hands on this song?

I think the only way is for someone to get there hands on the white label. SO SOMEBODY GET ON IT!!!!! HAHAHA!!!

OMG Track 7 is AMAZING, i love it. It's a tad cheesey but so danceable and full of joy. Perfect. This set's going on MD right now.
Definitly IS "Push - The Legacy" in this set.

The House Of God: A track that was sampled from this was released on some compilation album as "Red light district - Did you hear me" a while ago but it's far to different to be it, not even remix, just sample of the voice, none of the strings or the "did you hear ME!" shout that gave the other track it's name. personally i prefer "Did You Hear Me" because it's trancy-er.

Keep This Thread Alive For # 7..

Lets all keep this alive, I still would like #7.

Posted by marc on Oct-20-2001 00:22:

track 7 keep on movin...

yes lets keep the track 7 quest going... i've listened to this set quite-o-many times and furious ferry does it once again. I think it's cause he played jose amnesia once more... hall-of-fame song brings tears to my eyes at times!

track 7 does indeed own... I'm going to peep djsets to see if it's updated.

peace all,
-marc

Kay well this was said but I might as well restate it because I heard it straight from Mr. Corsten's mouth as did a lot of others I'm thinking. Track 7 is a song called Punk and it's a promo cause he played it today on MOS and that's what he announced the song as. So I guess we won't know this until somebody manages to get their hands on this song.

Any luck getting a hold of track 7 to d/l?

Posted by SpeedFrog on Nov-09-2001 16:11:

Track 7 is Ferry Corsten's new track, called Punk.

It's currently only available on white label promo (I know this because he gave a copy to Mark Dynamix, a Sydney DJ, who played it on his radio show on Wednesday night here in Australia).

Posted by foofighter28 on Nov-09-2001 16:47:

Wink

you didn't by any chance record it off the air did you?
