I talk and critic based on my experience ( which is the case with Acosta, I've seen him once @ shadow lounge and followed him till today so you guys know ).. and thats how Ive built my criticism tours him.
Space over-rated.. perhaps, though Im sure is probably the only club that can draw a crowd as crazy as the one it draws, though I've never been to Mansion.. but from what Ive seen its nice.

As for DJ bashing talk.. thats you peeps homework. Im not a specific fan of any.
I Love Markus, Tiesto,EdgarVm PvD, Armin, J00F among others.. ofcourse, they are my top ones, just not so fighting for any one.. I just make a valid point when incorrect talking is made .. or atleast I try to. heh

Although I don't have much experience on clubbing and attending different venues I will say this...and RachUCF I completely agree with you...people bash Space alot but the truth is the same people that bash it, are seen right there in the front when Ti�sto, PVD, Ferry, among others are in town. Yeah the night that Ti�sto spun did sound a bit off because the bass was really high. Honestly though the other times I have seen PVD there I had no objection whatsoever.

It's funny you see one person bash Space then the bundle comes following. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but people should have a mind of their own. If you really detest Space so much don't go...you're the ones spending money to keep the club afloat. I am sure there are alot of better clubs out there because Space is sardine central but you cannot deny the fact that Space pulls the names with the people you want to see most...(with the exception of my Armin <3).

These are just my two cents...don't attack me for it.

Since when does voicing your own opinion mean your jumping on the bandwagon? If I was jumping on the bandwagon I would have said "Space Blows, I hate that fucking place....Tiesto trainwrecks there blah blah blah." IMO....Mansion has a better set up and deff has the potential of being a sick ass club. I had a fucking blast on Armada night....First time I seen Markus and I thought his set was SICK!!! Now if Armin would have spun for 2 hours like he was supposed to then it would have been even better but w/e. The only let down that night was MIKE's set. And im sorry you were paying $9 for drinks Mattivi.....I was doing free shots of Tequila all night!!!

I never said Space sucks....so w/e. I have my opinions on the place....like I said before its 50/50 for me. And best sound system.....I don't think so. Its good but not the best. I can name a few clubs that blow Space away as far as sound goes. Everbody that praises Space like its fucking heaven are just as bad as the people that bash it. Goodnight

hey i never said the place was heaven, it has a serious over capacity problem. but it just seems when someone says something negative about something, like space, or someone, like tiesto, everybody chimes in with basically the same cookie cutter critisism. your right your entitled to your opinion, i wasnt trying to single you out, im sorry to come off semi-hostile, but i guess i love a good arguement, maybe i should be a lawyer. that way i could make loads of cash and open my own club, bring in my own djs, and not let people in with WHISTLES!!!!!!!!!!

I think some people in here are confusing "jumping on the bandwagon" (about bashing space), with a group of people who might actually have the same opinion based on personal experiences. Just because more than 2 people post an opinion about a shitty night they experienced at club space, does not mean they are jumping on a bandwagon and bashing space and/or tiesto, etc.. for no reason.

I think the only bandwagon here is full of space loving people who either A. don�t even live in Miami and come down for main events only or B. live in south florida, yet only go out when a big act comes to space....

so when the hell is oakie coming back??

no offense, but there is a big difference in the maturity levels of 18/19 year olds, and people who are 21, 22 and older. i know it sounds silly, but it's true. we all had to go through that horrible time where we couldn't get drinks, or couldn't get into clubs...just deal with it. and don't get so touchy when someone who is in their 20's expresses that he/she doesn't like to go to 18+ events. once you are 22 or older, you will understand. when i was 18 i thought i was sooo cool and grown up and went to all the 18+ events...but i was immature, looking back. the older people just don't want to be surrounded with that kind of mentality. i mean christ, 18 can still mean high school. i know i don't wanna go to a club w/ seniors in high school walking around drinking and/or rolling w/ sun glasses on and lolly pops in their mouth. i know that's cliche' but it didn't come out of the blue...obviously that's a cliche' thing to say because that's how it is. lol no one is personally attacking you. relax. you'll be 21 soon. and then you'll be a part of the elite 21+ club

its not that sweetie, its that the same shit is said over and over again, so i dont want to hear it if its the same thing someone has said a million times before. if you have something new to add to the whole "space sucks" "tiesto sucks" "george is fat" thing then fine, buts its just the same thing reverberated time and time again. you people who trash space really dont know how good you have it compared to other people across the country that would love to have a venue like space in their city or locale, and see tiesto or pvd who comes 3-4 times a year. i go to space alot at least once a month, and i cant think of place where you go at six oclock in the morning hang out on a patio, listen to funky house, look at beautiful women, and watch the sun come up and party till noon, space is a special place, apprciate it now because one day it might be gone and you will wishing it wasnt. im done defending space and tiesto this arguement is useless, peace out..

and about having no where to go at 6 in the morning....my only rebuttal to that statement is what kind of people go to a club at 6 in the morning to party till the afternoon?

Answer: people who are still cracked out from the night before and either A. need more drugs (space is definitely the place for that) or B. just got more drugs and want to stay up longer. lol

not that i'm this drug free angel or anything... but i mean, it's just not my cup of tea..being surrounded w/ those ppl.

i know it's probably the whole point, but i also really do not like the layout...it's like a never ending, dark hallway. i like it more out in the open w/ the DJ in clear view...and all the couches/vip tables spread out like a huge living room (cough *mansion* cough)

and that graveyard area...jesus, that's enough to make a sane person crazy. i still wake up in the middle of the night screaming with visions of club space graveyard at 7 in the morning during wmc (when deep dish was there). yikes.

but yea, i'll keep it down w/ the "Space sucks" comments...i know everyone knows where is stand on the matter. i guess i'm just persistant and i want you people to see it how i do. that's just me.

do me a favor though and don't knock crobar and mansion till you've tried it...that's all.

It's funny, cause I know way lot more people that are 21+ that dont know how to behave and their conducts reflect or behave entirely immature, so this point is sort of worked out. Ive had the chance to attend 21+ parties @ space.. and let me tell you, Ive seen as many people rolling and behaving like "caca" as much as the 18+ crowd.. ofcourse, the problem with the 18+ crowd, they are there more because of the trend.. and therefore, packing the crap out of Space. Whatever peeps, keep talking about the 18+.. I dont see no Europeans complaining about that fact. This arguments, just makes the inmatures, MORE INMATURES..bleh..
