im getting it now, hope you took out that BH logo thing
its cool that you dont want people to steal or take credit for your work, but its not cool to put something there that makes me not want to use it

There's a new version out with new / enhanced effects, bugfixes, and speed-optimizations !

The logo should be a lot smaller now,
and the "not for commercial use" thingie only shows *very small* for a few seconds every 5 minutes.

I'm considering taking it all out,
be sure to check it and give me response on what you think of it

wow...very impressive.

How do I add my own videos, cuz I noticed people saying in the thread that they add their own video's for background to run in synch with the music?

edit: nm, got it oh man...i'm so adding my pictures from Budapest to this

Also, those backgrounds found in textures, those are pretty damn sweet...how about HIGH RES versions?

edit 2: K I just imported some of my images (wow do they work well ) and I noticed why you keep your images at such a small resolution I think I'll have to adjust the size of mine

Default file path for videos (windows)
C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins\BeatHarness\Videos
Stick a vid in there and you're good to go.

Anyone else's plugin failing? When I put mine in fullscreen, after about 10s, it beeps and stops, music keeps on playing. I reinstalled several times and it doesn't seem to work. I also installed the update, and nothing shows when I run it. Any ideas?

Sorry
I've stopped working on the Winamp plugin about a year ago,
and I've lifted the code to another level - to get it into a stand-alone program.

I've found so much bugs in my old code, I can hardly believe it would run on any machine :-/

The stand-alone version has a year of testing behind,
and I think I've found all the bugs that would cause all the crap people have encountered with the plugin.

So anyway - if you managed to get the plugin running and you liked it,
keep checking the site for the first release of the stand-alone.

If you never got the plugin to work right - especially keep checking the site the next few weeks,
you'll probably *really* like the first stand-alone version in comparison to most of the visualizer-plugins out there right now

People like you are the reason why I wanted to make BeatHarness a stand-alone program
So it can work on any audio-input;
be it Winamp, Sonique, Foobar or any audio-player,
or just line-input straight from your mix-deck, hifi-set, microphone-input or whatever.
