Yeah i read the thread. I was wondering what Armin actually said about iiO, because i listened again and he definitely says somethign about the group.

it's an unique sounding tune, but for some reason am already bored from it after hearing it a couple of times.

After listening it several times I would agree! But it is actually a quite minimal track because the bassline just keeps on doing the same and there's no big build-up in melody's and effects!

I still think that first part where the vocals start is really awesome.. Thought I lost you but etc...

I heard the Perry O'neil Remix on Armada night and that really is much better then the original

Anyone know if its going to be put out CD too?

I Found U on CD

Hi everyone. Colleen Kelly from Interstate here. Just wanted to let you know that "I Found U" is already on ULTRA TRANCE 4 and the PEACE LOVE & BEATS soundtrack (dope dockumentary if you get the chance to see it) - in addition to Oakie's CREAMFIELDS cd. Mike Burns knows all the dirt in case I missed anything.

Just to clarify, I am not a vocalist from iio. I Found U is my debut, so to speak. I'm from a small coal mining town in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania, and have been living in LA for some years now.

Mike and Mark & I have some new tracks in the works. Thank you to everyone who supports us. It is very appreciated. And thank you for your remix suggestions as well.

Nice to see some new talent on the site, keep it up

Why on earth is the track changed?? The mp3 i got here is way longer and different from the track that o.a Tisto plays and wich was on Oakie's album. Also there are some minor changes in the vocals, wich isn't a good point

It was a pretty cool unique track, but now it has lost alot of energy and had become pretty boring. It's a shame, hope it's not Armada who's responsible for it

The track on Oakies Creamfield CD was probabaly edited slightly to reduce the time it used up on the CD, so more songs could be played. Theres bits of Como Tu (Oakenfold Remix) cut out and its of People Want To Be Needed

Doesn't make any sense to the difference to Tisto's version and the Original copy wich will be released next year

Now there's a 'bridge' of one minute between the first breakdown and the time when the vocals kick in for the first time, pretty lame

Ik snap wat je bedoeld man, maar dat gebeurt wel vaker toch? dat ze promo's aanpassen? Ik hoorde bij Tiesto In Concert die huidige versie, veel saaier en langdradiger inderdaad!
[/DUTCH]

However, this updated version is more boring, ... because they stretched the damn thing! Let's wait for the Perry O'Neil Remix to get released

I think the track in general, rocks, edited or not, Mike and Mark did an amazing job, and i'm quite tired of seeing people bash the track. As Mike and Mark know I think what they do as producers is great...Interstate RULES!!!!

Erm... don't know wich version was played on Saturday but at the Friday edition he didn't played the latest version for sure. Got the promo here and it's still way longer then the track that Tisto played

This track is just beautiful!!

Posted by gd_nimrod on Dec-04-2004 02:20:

Heard this for the first time on ASOT back in Sept...after not sleeping for ~36 hours...i dont know what i felt, but thanks Interstate, Mark, Mike, Colleen, for this masterpiece. Awesome beat, amazing vocals, chill overall effect of the song.

I didnt cry, but i did (finally) fall asleep after hearing it.

Posted by Settepotet on Dec-04-2004 17:10:

This track gives me nothing special at all... Dunno why, it just doesn't do it.

Posted by 3xx3r7 on Dec-06-2004 05:35:

This tune does nothing for me. Average, in my honest opinion.

Posted by ambs on Dec-06-2004 22:14:

I loved this tune and with the proper sound in a club it's still good but I'm already pretty much sick of it.... When is it seeing an official release anyways?

Posted by sigmanova on Dec-07-2004 22:38:

i don't see what's the hype with this track. it's nothing special.

Posted by eulerfx on Dec-07-2004 22:45:

The highlight of the song is that warm synth, but the rest is pretty average for ASOT. Vocals sound OK too, but nothing too memorable.

Like others said, it gets repetitive too. I mean its a good song, but I'm not sure why it has become so popular.
