Cedar Point owns all. heres a few videos from the front car of most of the roller coasters
Flash Files, I'd recommend saving rather than streaming
Millennium Force
Wicked Twister
Magnum XL 200
Mantis
Raptor
I have 4 seconds of the 9 second top-thrill dragster ride. the battery died on me on the way down the coaster
i'll see if i could find it.

I'm a "Roller Coaster Enthusiast" I know pretty much all there is to know about parks and coasters, plus now whenever we visit parks I usually make park videos, check out an example here:

Anybody tried Mission Space????
That's the most realistic Space simulator ever made.
They tested the ride with real astronauts, they said is the closest machine to the real thing.

Mission: SPACE at Epcot, Walt Disney World, Florida Disney Imagineers have aspired to the sublime; Mission: SPACE is a groundbreaking, awe-inspiring attraction that delivers sensations unlike any you have ever felt (unless you're an astronaut) and replicates space travel with an astonishing degree of reality. It figuratively--and literally-- takes your breath away. Mission:SPACE at a glance * About Guide Rating (0=Yich!, 10=Wow!): 10 * Thrill Scale (0=Wimpy!, 10=Yikes!): 7.5 The sustained G-forces can be unnerving; the simulated liftoff and flight is very realistic; the capsule is quite confining. * Attraction Type: Motion simulator using centrifuge technology * Height Requirements: 44 inches * Tips: Use Fastpass for this popular attraction. Also consider using the single-rider line for faster boarding. If you are prone to motion sickness, consider taking Dramamine. |

May I ask you something: How precious is your camera? 'cuz you freak me out with those shots! "Coasterforce!" |
I live in Tampa. The Bush Gardens here is not as good as the one in Williamsburg, Va.I have a funcard pass, so I go quite often. If you go, make sure to see Katonga, and to not get stuck on Kumba as I recently did. (Wonderful I might add.)
Also, Water Country USA(also Williamsburg) is the best waterpark ever! In Pittsburgh there is Kennywood, great park. Disney World is inevitably awesome! Rockin' Roller Coaster is one of the fastest roller coaster there.
Nevertheless, I head to Six Flags, N.J. everytime and it always rains. Hershey Park is also incredible. To sum things up I have been to almost every amusement park on the East coast. Most live up to their expectations, but not all.
I've worked summers at amusment park now for three summers now in securiuty. The park is ok, but the the women there...wow
since I've worked at one for so long, i don't go out of my way to visit any.
Taller, Faster than Top Thrill Dragster?

Kingda Ka Invades Six Flags Great Adventure's New Jungle Sep. 29th, 2004 -- Six Flags Great Adventure announced they are building the tallest, fastest roller coaster in the world on Wednesday. Kingda Ka will be 456 feet tall and launch from 0 to 128 mph in 3.5 seconds. Kingda Ka will also feature the worlds longest drop at 418 feet. The ride, manufactured by Intamin AG of Switzerland, is similar to what will be the previous tallest, fastest coaster, Top Thrill Dragster of Cedar Point in Ohio. It uses the same hydraulic launch mechanism, twists up a 90-degree hill only to return down a 270-degree spiral at a 90-degree drop. Kingda Ka will have a 129-foot-tall camelback directly after the drop that is sure to provide plenty of airtime for its 18 passengers. Kingda Ka is part of the largest expansion in the 30-year history of Six Flags Great Adventure, CEO of Six Flags Inc., Kieran Burke said. Along with this massive roller coaster, the park will be adding a jungle-themed area called The Golden Kingdom. This 11-acre land will also include childrens area Balins Jungle Land; Temple of the Tiger, an educational tiger exhibit; three shops and four eateries. The nearly three story Balins Jungle Land will have five interactive play areas: three wet and two dry, including spray guns, tipping buckets and a jumping fountain. Temple of the Tiger will cover 33,000 square feet, and trainers will interact with the audience and tigers, teaching guests facts about tigers. The Golden Kingdom will also be home to exotic animals such as cockatoos, a python and monkeys. The Golden Kingdom and Kingda Ka are scheduled to open in spring 2005. |
I dont have much experience with Theme parks except for Six Flags Magic Mountain (or tragic mountain, or minority mountain as the locals call it) disney land, and knotts. Personally I hate theme parks, especially after having worked at Magic Mountain for a summer, it sucked. Lots of locals here (I live right next to it) really hate it because they have been there too much.
I made another video on monday and tuesday, thought you may like to see it, again it's Thorpe Park and Chessington, but they were having their Halloween celebrations, so there was night riding and stuff.
Also used another nice bit of trance too!

Thanks mate!
I'm downloading it right now, hold on!
Im playing it now. I like it very much, even better than your previous one! Thumbs up for the impressive shots in this one.
You added more non-coaster elemenths, which I like. Part of it even made me think of the time I spent @ Six Flags Halloween.
Agian a nice choice on the music, however I like your previous background-music (in the other vid) better.

I love theme parks!!! Cedar Point definately rules for roller coasters, but Magic Mountain has a lot of great ones too. For overall great atmosphere I would go with Busch Gardens Tampa because there is lots of trees and shade and they have that GREAT animal reserve. Best water Park ever has to be Schlitterbaun in New Braunsfels, Texas...just outside of San Antonio. Universal Studios Islands of Adventure is my fave in the Orlando area, Disney is great for kids, but I think Islands of Ad. is much better for older kids who love rides
Biggest adult playground in the world: the city of Sin, Las Vegas. There are fun rides scattered all over the city and SO much to do and see (and drink) it reminds me of one big theme park.
damn I get excited just thinkin about it
