Here's the latest so you're all up to speed guys.

Spoke to Walter today and the club is pretty much finished with the exception of some sound-proofing and other odds and ends.
What's taking the longest apparently is licensing; apparently you have to jump through hoops to get a nightclub of Republik's size and location compliant with the various ministries. Still no exact date on the opening but suffice it to say it won't be too long now.

Obviously they would have liked to have it open sooner but I'm sure you'll all agree that it's better not to open up your club when it's not truly ready- you only get one shot at a Grand Opening!
