I ordered it through the RUSH website and i got this email:

Hey There,

Thank you for purchasing Ultimate RUSH Vol 1. Your CD is being packed up and will be shipped to you ASAP.

As you will not receive your FREE pass to our CD launch at GAS this Saturday, we have a set up a very special Guestlist to make sure you can still get in at the door.

If you have just purchased the CD for yourself, then your name will be added. We Do understand that some people have made multiple orders, IF you have made a multiple order please reply to this email with FULL names of the people who will be attending with you.

All the names will be cross referenced with your orders to ensure the right amount of people gain entry and that we dont leave anybody out.

so if you bought a CD from them you will be on the door guestlist, but i'm not sure about if you bought it through TT. Good luck!

Posted by knetic on Oct-16-2004 10:55:

is it possible to get one of the names on the guestlist changed? one of my friend's decided to "DOGG IT" at the last moment.

Posted by alex_cooke on Oct-16-2004 14:03:

Ok Cam. So you're recording it. Is it possible in anyway to get a copy of the Nu-NRG recording... Maybe post it here on TranceAddict or even a CD-R copy would do me fine... I really wanna hear them, but i have to work

just an awesome awesome night.

still a bit out of it but a few comments:

nervous & jj really pumped it up.

rank 1 - awakening --> CRAZY!!
tranquillity base - surrender

then the headliners Nu-NRG . i think that's the most uplifting set i've heard all year. Nice touch with Dreamland but where was joe amnesia - the eternal!!

big ups to Cam for letting the guys play on. very cool of you dude.

had a great time seeing everyone again and dancing up front with the crew. you guys rock!!

oh and how bloody sweet were the lasers?!

Posted by A.J. on Oct-16-2004 19:18:

Just got home, took me almost 2 hours :P

The Eternal

That is all. I'm going to bed.

P.S. Awesome to meet you Erratik and a couple of other people. sorry it was really loud and i had trouble hearing some of you!

DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!
DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!DREAMLAND!
there were literally tears in my eyes when they played this sooooooooooooooo fkn good

i was so excited when they were playing that i couldnt properly ID ny tracks but i do know they played

u2 - streets have no name (nu-nrg remix)
sandra flynn - the brightness (nu-nrg remix)
astralis
The Mind (x3 according to me and joel)
Dreamland (Live Mix)
Free Fall
Connective
i dunno, plenty of others, most of the traks were live edits instead of just playin out the track like its release. Wish they had been allowed to play even longer.

Ummmmm was good to see the TA's havent seen ny1 since armin. Ummm Joel, Mark, Morpheus, Nicknack, erratik (sorry guys forgot ur names already), Lisa (remembered!), James, Rach, errrrrrrm Cam (Wikked set, almost as good as Nu-Nrg's, 'cept they played dreamland), Mehran, im sure i've forgotten a few other ppl, but was good to see every1.

Oh, and whoever setup the sound system this time did an awesome job, it was nice a clear, with no screeching hi's, my ears are ringing a little but alot less than usual which is good.

Ummm thats enuf from me, BRING ON THE PICS & VIDS!!!!!!!

DJ TON TB - DREAM MACHINE [NU NRG LIVE VERSION] !!!!!

PURE MO**** FU****ING TRIBAL TECH MADNESSS!!!!!!!!

Had an awesome night ! Arrived there a bit late, just before Jumping Jack dropped Children of The Sun - think that was about 12:45.

NU NRG TOTALLY ROCKED THE PLACE! It's been a very long while since I've had this much fun. I loved the tech-trance phase of their set, complete stormer. Also a massive track - THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME REMIX PWOOOAR!! The absolute killer though were the last 3 tracks - Connective, Freefall and Dreamland. Just before the breakdown, my friends who don't ususally dance to trance came running in on the dancefloor [they've never heard it before] and started to go OFF - of course I'm the one who's always on the floor, and to see them come in and dance just before the breakdown absolutely made my farking night.

THE NU NRG BOYS were having a blast too - which was farking great to see... Andrea IS A LEGEND!!! BAHAHAHA He was dancing all over the place and when the breakdown comes in, he started to do these Tai Chi hand and arm movments - Farking LEGEND!!!!!!1

Spewing though that I only caught half of Cam's set - which was absolute quality - I had to leave just when you dropped Introspection.

Posted by Virginia_L on Oct-17-2004 04:30:

Sounds like it was a really good night! Now i'm more excited to see them down in Melb!

Posted by Psygnosis on Oct-17-2004 04:34:

What a night! I was hoping Nu Nrg would play Random Walk and they played it as the 2nd track OMG!!! , they played a awesome set, BUT that BASS in Dreamland... WHOA, the whole place was rumbling!!!

great to see everyone especially Nath, Rach, Cam, Joel, Lisa, Chookie, Keith, Nicknac (finally ), Spang, Wade.. umm thats all i remember, see you at the next event!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a night!
Had been up from previous work from 5.30 am and went all the way until it finished, but it was really worth it

Nu NRG with dreamland to top it off, those guys rock!
first just 1 hour set then it changed to 1.5hours then 2HOURS!!!!!!
Was with Cam from 5ish and both of our legs were about to fall off even before then but it was all well worth it
Night was a success for us and hope to bring more of this stuff in the near future

Hearing nu nrg doing their sound testing, i knew that they were going to rock the joint! even though the 2 laughed at the end of their sound testing because they realised they were getting carried away and were revealing more than they had to
Great guys with their mad italian accent

Too bad cam only played for short time (Errr BEXTA )
But topped it off with prodigy, awsome seeing everying going crazy with that song

The recording went well, so as the live broadcast, these two couldn't of been done any better.
Just had enough to record all nu nrg
got some other sets

i seriously did not hear the eternal, but they did play connective.

rush broadcast must have been cut short coz the tracklist posted isn't quite right.

hope the re-broadcast is complete.

Posted by DJ_Ballistic on Oct-17-2004 07:15:

Listening to their Vandit Night set, and i think one of those 2 ID's is Natural Thoughts, but i cant remember if they played it before or after the brightness

Rush broadcast finished as on the tracklist, just at the start of D-31. Cant wait for the full 2 hour rebroadcast tho

Tracklist is correct tho, 4 was a new original work by them (it really sounded like it anyway), and 6 I didnt know. Could have been DJ TON TB - DREAM MACHINE [NU NRG LIVE VERSION], I dont know tho. #1 was definatly Vandit Night #1.
