MTV used to have that show AMP. it was on Sunday nights around 2 am

Some great videos were on there. Its the only place i've seen Brainbug-Nightmare.

Sven Vath, Cirrus, Astral Projection, Green Nuns of the Revolution and more.

Posted by sisterbliss on Sep-25-2004 07:29:

so turns out MTV isn't that bad after all

yeah early MTV and MTV2 when they actually showed Music Videos.

I think i'm going to own a store called World Famous Philly Cheesesteaks and then sell nothing but frozen green beans

if anyone asks i'll just say "MTV does the same thing"

The artist of that track was Paul van Dyk.

Posted by D Dubya on Sep-25-2004 08:37:

First of all, ATRC played tonight at a club I was at, and it is definitely not dead. If you hate hot girls dancing to music (as I am sure some of you are for some abnormal reason) then maybe it should be dead. Secondly, selling out. Give me a break. If I never hear this term again it will be too soon. Selling out means making a profit. Yall are idiots if you think making a profit is a bad thing. God forbid it gets airtime. Stop being so stupid. Good for them.

Technically, Paul van Dyk ft. Vega 4

zombie nation was a #1 pop in over 10 countries. as the rush comes has only charted in the UK at #11 and Holland at #9.

in addition, zombie nation sold well over a million singles in the uk alone. we most def have gone nowhere near as close.

Just because something has charted fairly high doesn't mean it's death ... plenty of PvD tracks have already proved that.

ATRC though is one of those genre crossing tracks that has been picked up by pretty much everyone and flogged to death hence all the original fans being tired of it.

Shame / Disagreement

Dirk
I agree with you, these people don't have a clue honestly (no disrespect meant). ATRC was the best tune of 2003, fair enough you here it everywhere you go but thats not a bad thing, making profit is what it's all about, i wish it never got on the radio and got a general release but at the end of the day this is G&D's living.
I believe it is still a masterpiece, i only wish i could produce tunes anywhere near as good as these 2!
(i must agree, it is annoying when you here shitty radio stations who play shite all day play such a good a record, they play it that much that you get bored of it, and thats the shame)
